Are you keeping track of your eating habits?
There are many different ways to keep track of what you eat. If you’re not using an app, then simply write down the times you eat, the foods you eat, portion sizes (more or less), and make notes about what you were doing or feeling at the time.
At the end of the day, review your food list (Food Diary) and yourself:
• Did I eat wholefood meals?
• Did I have fibre rich filling foods (including water) with every meal or every snack?
• Did I eat at least 4-5 servings each of fruits and veggies?
• Did I hit my calorie intake?
• What was my split of macros: Protein, Carbs, Fats
• Is my nutrition supporting my training?
Guten Tag liebe Instagram Gemeinde, ich habe mich nach langem überlegen dazu entschieden meinen Weg vom Übergewicht (Startgewicht 118,6 KG) zu meinem ersten Ziel von 90 KG auf Instagram zu Dokumentieren.

Back home in Singas after eating our way around Canggu & Seminyak 🐷 first meal back had to be BBQed salmon & a big old salad 🙌 this mix is baby leaves, cucumber, baby toms, orange capsicum, cumin roasted pumpkin, avo, feta and a little “granola” mix 🥒🍅🥑 I got the granola idea from an amazing salad we had at one of our fave cafes in Seminyak - Sisterfields, which had a little sweet but savory granola through it. So tonight I threw some pepitas, sunflower seeds & almonds on a baking tray, & mixed through a little coconut oil, a drizzle of honey & a pinch of salt - roasted it for about 10-15 mins. Definitely my new fave addition to a salad 👌 dressed with a mix of Dijon mustard, olive oil, S&P and lemon juice 👏

🍗 8 coxas de frango 🥥 2 colheres de óleo de côco 🥄 3 colheres de manteiga de amendoim ✌🏼 2 dentes de alho amassados 🥜 1/2 xícara de amendoim sem sal 🌱 Um punhado de vagem (ou ervilha torta ou aspargos) cozido no vapor 🍶 Azeite para untar 👌🏼Sal marinho
👩🏻🍳 Pré-aqueça o forno a 200°. Antes de assar o frango, jogue água fervente e deixe-o num recipiente por uns 2 minutos pra tirar o “ranso” e dar uma pré-cozida! Depois escorra a água totalmente e tempere com sal.
🥣 Em um bowl, misture o óleo de côco com o alho e a manteiga de amendoim. 🍗 Passe as coxas de frango nessa mistura e disponha-as numa forma untada com azeite.🙌🏼 Cubra com papel alumínio (lado fosco para fora) e leve ao forno já pré-aquecido por 30min a 180°. ________________________________
👋🏽 Retire o papel alumínio e distribua na fôrma a vagem (ou o legume escolhido) e o amendoim e volte ao forno por cerca de mais 15 min!🍴

OATS FOR DINNER 😍 I’m loving carb back loading at the moment! This means I eat all my carbs at night - studies have shown this is a great way to increase muscle mass while staying lean at the same time ! So far I have more energy when I’m working out and I’m feeling great Breakfast for dinner every night is an added bonus 🤗
A Brazilian friend of mine from told me that it is so strange that we eat avocados because in Brazil avocados are only used in smoothies. Today I decided to make an avocado smoothie with coconut milk....it was quite nice! 😋🥑🥥

Found in Woolworths ! These soups are a great lunch or dinner option when you have no time to prepare anything. The ingredients are pretty good, if you get one with only vegetables make sure you add a good quality protein. Addition of a can of beans, shredded chicken or tofu is a great option.

Sorry I’ve been MIA! A combination of not feeling well and laziness this weekend. However I did stay on track with eating(not workouts) I was particularly proud of staying on track since again usually when I don’t feel well, I use it as an excuse to eat what I want. Also, haloumi cheese is my new favorite thing. #iquitsugar#iqs8wp
