1 e ½ xícaras de farinha de amêndoa; ½ xícara de @zaya_flour
; ¼ de xícara de coco ralado fino (sem açúcar); ½ colher de chá de sal; 1 colher de chá de bicarbonato de sódio; ¼ xícara de eritritol ou xilitol; 2 ovos batidos; ¼ xícara de manteiga clarificada líquida; 1 colher de chá de extrato de baunilha; ½ xícara de cranberries.
Em um bowl misture muito bem todos os ingredientes secos. Acrescente os ovos batidos, o extrato de baunilha e a manteiga derretida. Incorpore tudo e adicione as cranberries (ou qualquer outra fruta seca que você tenha disponível). A massa vai ficar homogênea, mas levemente pegajosa! Refrigere a massa por uns 15 minutos (fica + de trabalhar). Tire da geladeira e usando uma colher de sopa ou um pegador de sorvete, faça as bolinhas, pressionando suavemente com um garfo para achatar. Forre um forma com papel manteiga e asse em forno pré-aquecido, até que as bordas fiquem levemente douradas (deve levar mais ou menos uns 15 minutos). Retire do forno, deixe esfriar por 5 minutos e delicie-se!

I hate this question. I have been to a few conferences recently and asked beforehand about lunch options. The reason I hate it is because I do not fit into any of the categories:
What I really want to see is this category:
✅no processed foods, grass fed meat, sustainable fish, plenty of plant fibre, yes to probiotics, no dodgy additives, no trans fats or artificial sweeteners .. the list goes on!
Obviously I don’t say this because it makes me sound like a d*ck. I usually pick vegan and hope for the best.
I also carry a bag of nuts, if I’m only there for a day then I take a boiled egg and sometimes a can of fish and an avocado and a pack of apples. Then I can incorporate my extra bits into the lunch without looking too rude. I also pack my own mint tea bags, just in case.

Sometimes just because people are smaller or are in great shape on the outside, we assume they are healthy.
What I've found, though, is that some of the healthiest LOOKING people on the outside are some of the most unhealthy on the inside. Some of my most successful Plexus customers & friends didn't need to lose a pound when they started...., but they had bloating, bathroom issues, skin trouble, puffiness all over, soda addiction, very little energy, low immunity, and sugar cravings galore... I love that weight loss can be a side effect of balanced blood sugar, reduced inflammation, and improved gut health, but true health is about so much more than the number in the scale. ♥️🙌🏼
