An exciting day meeting up with @kellyspricht
after 6 years of friendship! (Selfie by her!) What a blessing the internet can be. And because clearly we Irish only visit our national monuments when we have visitors, I have now finally experienced Newgrange! It is really something. I love that we do not know - and will likely never know for certain why it was built and how, precisely, it was used. A little bit of mystery is good. The shop front in Ardee rather tickled me - a great way to brighten up a street! (I spotted Frida Kahlo first and was then really grateful for the red light I was stopped at, to get to look at the rest.) .

The confidence I've gained since I started training with sean is amazing. I never thought I would see myself being able to go into a gym on my own and knowing what to do but here I am training everyday and twice a week with sean. Not only has this been a change in my body but a change in my lifestyle completely. I feel so much healthier for stepping out and making this decision not only physically but very much mentally. Investing in a gym membership or a trainer is the best investment you could make with your money, it's an investment in your health. I'm so excited to see even more progress and to get ready for my shoot 💪🏼💪🏼 couldn't thank Seán Hitch enough for his constant support and motivation because to stick at it really isn't always a walk in the park.
이제 나도 정식체류자🙂 아일랜드의 새로운 출발^^

Dont let a little rain stop you from visiting places, plus it's really calming
