-I’ve had this movie on my watchlist ever since I saw Allison Janney’s performance in a few clips. It’s tough because during the movie, no one blew me away other than her, and she does blow you away. I was trying to figure out if everybody was mediocre or she was just exceptional. She’s exceptional. She steals every scene she’s in and it’s not even close. Margot is great as usual and the nomination for best actress was deserved. The rest of the cast is pretty underwhelming compared to the other 2. The movie as a whole was good with some pacing issues when they start talking about the incident. My big complaint about this movie is the method of storytelling. The concept is fantastic, for such a controversial issue to be told from different perspectives but i didn’t find it did what it intended especially in the beginning. The movie gets lost at times within its self. The movie was good, had a couple great performances but did trip over itself at times with a lack of rewatchability.
-Verdict: 7.5/10 and you should give it a watch. #moviereviews #margotrobbie #allisonjanney #itonya #tonyaharding
