Things I am grateful for today:
1. That I took some much needed ME time
2. For my new haircut and colour - No more greys. 😳

4. Sleep training - even though we said we’d never do it, I’ve come to realise all the things we said we would never do as parents is usually bullshit and you end up doing it.
5. Above mentioned sleep training actually working and for the first time in over a year I slept for 8 hours last night
6. That it’s Friday and it’s not bloody freezing
7. Wine - always 🍷😍
