So much holiday feels ☀️🌴
The love of my life, and truly a work of art (with or without the extra touch.. 🎨🖌)
En route to Phi Phi with these beauties 😍😍
God isn’t always leading us to the safest route forward but to the one where we’ll grow the most. - @bobgoff
Started Atomic Habits by @james_clear
today, and it’s so interesting. I’ve taken two pages of notes and am only on page 46. (Anyone else currently reading this? Let’s start an AH book club!) Between that and @mariekondo
, 2019 is off to an inspiring, cleansing start.
So relieved to know that my soul is still well and alive, that adventure has no age limit and that I still have the ability to form human connections. Mexico has been a refreshing change of pace. Rather than being sad, I’m excited to return to New York with a renewed energy. Ready to take on the rest of 2019 with this new perspective!
Excited as always to dig in 🍜 Our second visit in two days to this street vendor, because best Pad Thai in our lives. In everyones I'm pretty sure 🙌🏼 + Morning glory, seafood salad and fresh fruit shakes, finished off with Mango sticky rice = mmmmmmmmmmmmhh

Artemis Wild Founding Fairytale: On 1/11/11, twin flames @sylvielakshmi
met, just before setting sail on a trip around the world aboard the MV Explorer. Their wild adventure of a lifetime unfolded from the Bahamas to Dominica, Brazil, Ghana, South Africa, Mauritius, India, Singapore, Vietnam, China, Taiwan, Hawaii and back home on the Pacific in San Diego - their fate was sealed - they were to spread love, joy and empowerment far and wide for years to come. Cheers to 8 years of friendship, and Artemis Wild’s first evening as a registered business! Cheers to the wild within us all! 🔥🔥
It’s finally snowing in Denver, and bonus: it’s snowing on a Friday. So I’m working from bed in the best CK sweatshirt next to a cuddly terrier. I intended for this week to be full of work and tasks completed and routines and disciplines, and it ended up being the furthest thing from that. It’s easy to idealize reality and set your self up for failure with unrealistic expectations, and it’s also easy to overdo telling yourself it’s okay and you’ll try harder next week. Perfection is not a thing, but in order to get anywhere you still have to do something. I’ve always been an all-or-nothing kind of girl, and that’s great for enthusiastically, with force and loud singing, rounding up all my family members on a Saturday morning to eat waffles together, but everything or nothing is this exhausting hurdle I keep facing in business and self-care. I don’t have the answer to it, but I’m going to start looking for it in a proper bedtime, moderation, organized thoughts and tasks, and prayer. Because I don’t do enough of those things, and it’s a place to start.
Sweet corn, butter & salt - be mine 💍💍
Buildings and vespas in Menton, France, known for its colorful harbor and buildings built into a hill. If you’re up for a climb, the top of the city provides expansive views of the Ligurian Sea, old cemeteries to explore, and medieval architecture and basilicas. It was a relatively short train ride along the coast from Nice, and it’s also the last city before the Italian border, so there are many Italian/French speakers.
South coast holiday season is in full swing over here in Sri Lanka. If you are still looking for that idyllic beach holiday get in touch for last minute specials!
Time will show. When — I don't know.
Sail away tomorrow.
In the words of my stepfather, “it’s so LA.” 😎
