______________________________________________ 🔑 Terms: isometrics (non lengthening of the tissue, force put against immovable object) posterior chain, anaerobic conditioning.
Exercise: goblet pause squat, Z pin press, Bent Over Barbell Pin Row, Airdyne Sprints
Action/Result: utilizing isometrics we are able to maximize strength adaptations while improving joint stiffness and overall force production. Also working on anaerobic conditioning with Airdyne sprints 10 seconds on 20 seconds off to increase anaerobic threshold and repeated sprint ability.
