A few months ago I tried to do a "juice reboot" for 7 days. It was really easy, did never feel hungry and had fantastic energy!
I did even travel for 4 days during the reboot and it worked out well.
That time, I did not train so I might lost some musclemass but most of all fat.
Now I'm going to do a even bigger challenge! Just drink fresh juice for 42 days starting tomorrow 19/9 going untill 1/11 and also train in the gym.
The only thing I worry about is how it will be training and not lose muscle.
I'm not an expert but I'm willing to experience the resualts myself

I eat healthy, why am I not losing weight? I can’t lose weight no matter what I do, what’s wrong with me?
I get these questions and hear these concerns almost daily. Often the answer is simple and that’s portion control as well as calories in calories out. Today let’s focus on portion control.
Do you know what a serving size is? We look at items that are healthy and think we can consume as much as we want 🛑 this is not the case. If a bottle of juice has 2.5 servings and each serving is 100 calories, you drink the whole bottle you’ve consumed 250 calories, not 100. Dry goods are very deceptive a serving size may be 3 oz you can’t figure out what that looks like without weighing it. Get a food scale it will change your life. •
Now you’re measuring your food, sticking to serving sizes but you’re starving! What are you suppose to do? The answer is leafy greens, herbs, spices, aromatics. If you add a leafy green salad with tomatoes, onions, cucumbers, dressed with some balsamic vinegar to a couple of meals a day it will help to satiate your hunger and trust me the pounds will fall off.
One last thing is to know how many calories you should be consuming per day, most serving sizes are based on a 2000 calorie per day diet, yours may be more or less a simple metabolic test can help you figure out your proper range.
