Thought I’d give you a little “bulk” update on this fine Tuesday 🥰
So it’s not really a bulk as I’m barely in surplus but I’m taking time to focus on getting strong and growing some muscle before trying to lose some more body fat. I’m loving the break from worrying about calorie deficit 😍 I’ve got more energy and I’m enjoying watching my strength grow (I even ripped my callous in the gym yesterday so I’m ready to lift with the big boys now 💪🏻🙈)
I’m struggling a little with feeling fluffy around the edges and, I can’t lie, getting my head around not watching the scale drop has been tricky 😬 but I think that’s just how this works 🤷🏼♀️ You have good days and not so good days but what matters is the progress 💪🏻💪🏻 I’m headed to the gym for Push day and I’m loving training upper body at the minute! What’s your favourite thing to train at the moment??
This morning was hard! I didn't want to get out of bed, I didn't want to drive there and I certainly didn't want to train... but I did and although it wasn't one of my best workout sessions, I did it!

Hammer biceps 12 x 4 sets
Incline biceps x 20reps , 10 second triceps hold, x5 more reps x 4 sets
Cable biceps, drop sets to failure, 3 sets
Cable Lo-hi obliques chop, 20 per side, x 4 sets
Elbow plank, to failure, x 4 sets
Full side plank, 1 min per side, x 4 sets
