Green coffee?! Yup.
I felt Soo awesome when I first discovered this worked lol & jumped on Google and apparently I was not the first one to have thought of it 😯
The last several years I've slowly been gaining a pound here and there. After the kids... I've put on a few.
I'm at my heaviest & although I simply don't like how I feel (out of shape, inflexible, achey back, etc), I don't hate my body. In fact, I appreciate, respect and love it more than I have ever before. It's seriously badass! 😍
I'm working on cutting down on snacking, cutting down portions & focusing on fueling with better ingredients/real foods. Now.. I don't ever foresee giving up coffee, I'm aware it's not the best, but also it's not the worst (#antioxidant
) & I believe in moderation 😘 & also I'm a mother with 2 little ones under 2 (#nobreaks
So anyway, just wanted to share that you can have the best of both worlds at once!
Use cold brew coffee, add some milk for extra creaminess, add your greens (recommend kale & spinach), a banana as a natural sweetner (plus maybe some dates). I added a carrot to mine. & Don't forget the ice!
Possibilities are endless people!
