~There are so many things that define us, make us who we are, and make us unique. So many things we want to say yet fail to find the confidence to let it out. Such characteristics, talents, mindset and ideology that makes you, you. Now what makes you one in a million? You may not know...not yet..but you will soon enough.
My name is Reyan and im 18years old and have been an athlete pretty much all my life. I started towards the active lifestyle when i developed an interest for breakdance, I then became a sportsman in Football, learned badminton, Boxing, Swimming. By 13 I entered the world of fitness i grabbed information from all sorts of sources. I read books, bodybuilding magazines, articles online, youtube videos and pretty much like you instagram pages. However gathering information from here and there made me devise a plan for myself. A plan which will bring nothing but aestheticism to me. A plan which will sculpt my body to greatness. I didnt find myself in a position to buy costly plans and whey protien from other trainers online. I just had to follow up on free guidance by various trainers. However with no gym facility and the fact that the country I resided in had different meals than any they consumed. I had to adjust the hours i put in, the calories i needed, the protien consumption, the bulking and the cutting and how to achieve that without a gym. Im 18 now till i realised that so many may not be in a position like i was to buy super expensive plans, have a fully equipped gym facility, money to buy monthly protein shakes. So many may not be able to devise a plan for themselves and lose weight.
So ive decided to change that. I created beyougafitness to help people overcome challenges, obstacles, and guide them to the right path in the correct manner but you have to help me out as well. I will keep giving guidance, information as long as it helps you guys but you need to get up and work on it. You can have all the information in the world but without execution there will be no success.

I never remembered making excuses, saying "yar iski body dekho ye humsey tou nai hoye ga", No matter how lazy or how sick I was i made sure i put in the work and get the job done at the end of the day. No i didnt have proteinshakes or a high end gym facility when i started it was just me in my dining room with a limited amount of space where I could get a workout in..and with that dedication im happy where I am now its all on track and my results directly correlates with the effort I put in. The thing is being aesthetic and being fit is in everyones hands now. So many trainers with so many different plans and methodologies. So much information on the internet on youtube and pages like mine sharing experience and information vital to "getting there" for free.

-Lifting weights brings many benefits to the human body. It promotes muscle growth and burns calories at the same time. The same added muscle makes you look fitter than all those average people around you. You lift long enough and you become somebody people look at the minute you step in anywhere. You become broader, youre walking the walk with a muscle coat of personality around yourself. You prevent yourself from unwanted injuries, you do the same tasks you used to do with less required effort. Your testosterone levels increase..You feel godlike...For the women. They feel leaner. Its a way to sculpt their body into perfection. Cardio burns fat but weightlifting is what tones you and will give you the look of a model. You become physically as well as mentally stronger. Women who believe they will get bulky and then want to look like a victoria secret model, Amanda cerny, Anlella sagra need to know that these women lift heavy amount of weight. Stop being afraid that you'll bulk up. The male female genders and how they operate are entirely different the way and amount our muscles grow is very limited when it comes to women. So stop worrying and unlock your best self now, However many lift weights only to get away from their day to day life and its problems because once youre lifting that 10kg dumbbell of the ground and going towards your 15th rep all you can think about is the pain in your arm and completing the set...youve blocked out everything once you enter the gym. -Many people either gym or either diet. I was one of these people, but very few actually do both in Moderation. If youre looking to build a godlike physique and youre only going to gym. That muscle will just end up hiding beneath layers of fat. If youre looking towards a healthy lifestyle and you go get a gym membership but have no diet plan to follow youre only going to be fit externally and internally no significant change in your health will take place. If youre doing daily cardio and eating in a surplus you will reach nowhere but a dead end.
Dont be that person. Whatever your goal is, Diet and Exercise must be executed in together and in moderation. Dont do one more than the other. Track your macros what you eat and also estimate how much youre burning on a daily basis. *Follow @beyougafitness

Expect this class to include a fusion of traditional Ashtanga Vinyasa and contemporary Power Yoga elements.. *Headstands are optional and participants are welcome to sit out for that portion of the class.
