Japanese Cheese Cake
Soft, light, and airy spongy cake with a slight cheese & lemon flavor. (No it doesn’t taste like New York cheese cake)
Chicken Spring Rolls!
Ingredients for 8 Servings.
2 tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 teaspoonblack pepper
2 teaspoon corn flour
2 tablespoon chilli garlic paste
400 grams minced chicken
8 cloves minced garlic
2 teaspoon grated ginger
200 grams fresh noodles
1 cup chopped green onion
2 cup shredded cabbage
1 cup shredded carrot
4 tablespoon chilli garlic sauce
2 tablespoon corn flour
2 cup waterrefined oil as required

To prepare the marination, take a glass bowl and mix soy sauce, chill garlic sauce, pepper and cornflour in it. Add the minced chicken in it and mix well with the already added ingredients. Allow the chicken to marinate for 10-15 minutes.
Now heat 1 tbsp refined oil in a large pan over moderate flame. Add the marinated chicken in the pan and stir fry it until brown. Once done, remove and set aside.
Now to prepare the filling, add green onion, garlic and ginger in the same pan and cook for 30 seconds. Add in the carrots, noodles and cabbage. Stir well and turn the heat to medium. Then add the chicken and stir for 2 more minutes. Set aside to cool completely.
Now take another bowl and mix together the remaining cornflour and water. Keep the mixture aside. Meanwhile, take the spring roll sheets and fill a corner with 2 tbsp of the chicken, noodle and vegetable mix. Roll the sheets and apply a bit of cornflour and water on the edges to ensure that they have been sealed well.
Take a frying pan and heat refined oil in it over high flame. Once the oil is sufficiently hot, deep fry the spring rolls till golden brown. Drain on a paper towel and serve them hot with sweet chili sauce.

These two soups were from their ‘Soup of the Day’ Wesay aik hona chahiye but the point I want to make is that these soups are not permanent menu items so you may not always get these (but I hope you do!!)
Cream of Mushroom
Pehle I wouldn’t’ve dared to order this soup ever; I have a very bad memory of its taste and I obviously generalised it to all soups of its kind, very conveniently 🕺🏻 (but jabse blog banaya hai apka boy bohat experimental ho gaya hai 😝), and it worth it!! 🤤 I have been trying to find the perfect soup with the perfect seasoning; matlab kahein na kahein I’d feel ke there is room for improvement etcetera. BUT OH MY GOD!! It was creamy, you can taste the mushrooms, it’s flavourful, and it looks so pretty too!! 😍 Please ye zaroor try karein if they have it!!

Hot and Sour Soup
This and Chicken Corn Soup are the national soups of Pakistan 🤣 I mean ye dono tou sab ne itne try karein honge, itni jagaoon ke. But this was honestly the best!! The consistency was surreal; no fake cornflour taste 😝 Absolutely spot on!! The soup hits you when you gulp it down (in the best way possible, not the embarrassing choke down).
