4. Keep moving
Improve mobility, strength, and stamina by exercising and always on the move. Plus your behaviour, energy and mood will change.
5. Progress takes time
Remember that progress takes time. Your chapter one is different than someone else's chapter 10. Don't compare yourself to others that have been at this for years. If you look up to people look at them for inspiration and guidance not to demotivate yourself. Love yourself and trust the process.
