Things I look forward to every morning? A good cup of tea for sure! Mornings are for masala chai while kahwa can go on all day long. Kahwa is a kashmiri green tea infused with cardamom, cinnamon, almonds, kesar and a bit of green tea. All of these give it the delectable aroma, kesar gives it that golden hue. Just add sugar or honey to sweeten. And add a bit of long or mulethi for extra goodness. . Sprinkle some rose petals. . . . . . #chaipakodaday
Like food, recipes need to be shared too. I invite you to Cook and Dine with me! We will be making Rogan Josh the way it is made in my home. And then sit down to enjoy a complete meal with us. In the picture... dry brinjals from Kashmir made into a dish called khatte baingan or chokh vagun. You will get to taste the same made with fresh ones! You also get to know the secret behind a perfect cup of kahwa💚 Booking link in bio! #dryvegetables #brinjals #khattebaingan #chokhvangun
<#ccrecommends > Kongpoush. A new restaurant in Oshiwara may just be the answer to lack of good Kashmiri places in Mumbai. Delicious kebabs, good tender tabakmaaz and brilliant food. #culinary #culture #culinaryculture #kashmirifood #kashmirifoodinmumbai #kongpoush #kongpoushkashmiricuisine #somumbai #mumbaidiaries #ig_food #food #instafood
