Everything fades, every emotion fades, every memory fades and so does every reaction. I always wonder what life has for me in coming days. I paln, i anticipate, I expect and than..... I am disappointed, exited, overwhelmed or simply evoid. Life is not counting the steps before taking them, its about taking the steps and cou ting your progression. Each steps takes us closer to knowing the future. Being absorbed in present and looking back to our past makes us bound to painful memories. We never free ourselves from what worse have we been through and we can never move on towards what we could have been instead. The ugliest part of it is tht we are allowing others to kedp thwir hold on us and take advantage of our Nostalgic associations.

Exercise Advent, Day 14: One-legged squats, to me, is an opportunity to see how well one leg is able to support you through a task with fluctuating load. A loss of balance is changing your base of support through a move and a loss of stability is when parts you've set to stay in place move anyhow, i.e. bending to get a rock will require your knees, hips, and maybe even spine change joint position, but if your angle is moving right to left, that's a loss of stability not necessary for the move. I just love running along the promenade in sunny Durbs! The humidity and glare sure made keeping my eyes open a struggle.
As I enter my third trimester, with my love bug weighing 1kg, I'm beginning to feel the aches and pains of running more than ever! If you have some exercise suggestions or links to routines that you have tried, please pop me a message. What do you workout for?
I need movement. When I haven’t done anything for days, I feel it in my body and mood. 😬
But finding balance in it isn’t as easy as I thought. Over exercising is so close. But so unhealthy! 😯
And I’m not here to tell you what you should or shouldn’t do, but if you feel completely exhausted, you might want to reflect on your exercise routine. Are you giving yourself enough rest?
And another important thing: why do you exercise? For joy, or just to change your body?
I believe exercise only works when you truly enjoy it. Besides, it’s way easier to hang on to if you like it! 🏋🏼♀️
