Day 1! Happy to be starting again and learning to embrace the restart! .
I would love to just stay on a productive fitness path ALWAYS, but with chronic migraines I can’t! I have to quit sometimes. That’s the way it is with this awful head pain. SO embrace it I shall! And for me, quitting doesn’t last forever!☝️

PS: This new program is freaking awesome! I’m not just saying that because I rep this company! I feel this way because I get bored SO easily! I have the attention span of a goldfish! I did not get bored with this! Also, I wasn’t watching the clock the entire time! That is something I often do because, confession: I put off working out like anyone else does! Today was one of the those days nothing could go right but like in this picture I kept looking forward and working through it.
Sometimes you need to turn your mind off (hypothetically) and just WORK!
This even goes for the gym, pushing past a painful time on the stairmaster, during a set or through a big craving lol.

Back to the routine. 3 round of lower exercises. Did regular lifts to sumo lifts. From 90 to maxed out to 290. Then a 5 miles of cardio. Lower workout done. #keepgrinding #keeppushing #lovemyhomegym
Not matter what kind of day you’re having you always gotta stay on the positive side & remember that at the end of the day however you feel is entirely up to you. 🦋Whatever you are, be a good one🦋 Be patient with your training & your progress, it doesn’t happen over night. People always ask if they should make videos even if the quality isn't amazing. My answer to them is that content always matters more than video quality.
It didn't start with big lights and multiple camera angles. It started with me and an old cell phone. There is nothong special about me. If I can do it, you can do it too. Just start, you will learn as you go!

I Wanted to share something personal. EVERYONE around me is pushing themselves to a new level! Working hard..if it’s working out, being a mom, taking on new dreams, whatever the case.. it has I N S P I R E D me! I have been battling my weight since I had to s t o p playing sports 5 years ago, Adult life took over which created bad habits. The 2nd picture is from October t w o years ago, Probably at my heaviest?! And I am STILL battling to this day to stay healthy & be active. But I LOVE to remind myself how far I have come and without the support behind me, dedication and some motivation. I wouldn’t be here today!
