down 8lbs from the end of August, and down 10lbs from my heaviest this summer. Combined with programming from @comptrain.co
, I am stronger & faster in my workouts (especially in my Olympic lifts!). Time to maintain through the holidays and the beginning of the year, and then I’ll be doing another cut in the spring as I head to my 40th birthday!
Was I 100% compliant? Nope. Could I have been stricter? Yep. There was definitely a learning curve involved in this for me - after I bought the template (mid-August), it took me another month to sit down and really start digging into it and what my base phase looked like to the point where I could prep for it. We moved across the ocean this summer - from Italy back to the US - so I was coming off of all of the craziness that goes with a big move. I started working as a personal trainer at a local gym in October - working evenings right over dinner time, so I had to figure out to best to prep for that. I am so grateful for this #rplifestyle
and what it has taught me about prepping and fueling my body in the midst of the craziness. ~
