and I kept it keto! Although I have been doing KETO for a while (about 7 months) I still struggle not to grab junk - I’m not a huge bread eater (really not a fan of bread at all) so I certainly was in no rush to be choked out by one of those biscuits but LAWD KNOWS I wanted the Spicy Tenders + some of those seasoned fries and rice & beans! No… NOT ONE OR THE OTHER… BOF’ OF EM! But at the end of the day… do you want the few minutes of flavor or do you want results? I’ll take the results.

Total 45g P, 5g F, 7G C
Full meal is only about 350 calories so if you are trying to gain... grab something else w some healthy fats to go with this.
I used the buffalo sauce and the macros are pretty much negligible so unless you are competing or something (I’m not lol) don’t worry about it. However #ketotip
stay away from sauces that are heavy on the sugar and artificials.
