Week 2 weigh in. I lost an average of 0.5lbs this week and had a low weight of -1.8lbs difference. Not too bad considered I had a deload week from the gym and skipped two lifts and two cardio sessions. •I also did my @inbodyusa
test at the gym to compare with my pre-keto numbers from 2 weeks ago. I’ve lost 0.3lbs of muscle mass. Honestly, I expected this number to be higher because my muscles aren’t holding glycogen stores or water, but I’m happy to see that it wasn’t. I want my body to hold on to as much of the muscle that I’ve built as it can. I’ve also lost 1.1 perfect body fat! This is what really matter to me. Can’t wait to see what these numbers are in two weeks. •Time to get after week 3!

Some days my Keto consists of eggs, bacon, mild sausage, and brussel sprouts- all foods I find in my budget at Lidl 👏🏻🤑. Here’s some food for thought;
1. If it has more than 5 ingredients, don’t eat it – Keep it real.
2. Testing is communication – what does your body want you to know? Blood pressure, ketones, sugar, steps, etc.
3. Rest – your body likes that. Nothing else works without it.

bread co.! Only 2 net carbs for their pumpkin spice bagels 🎃 and hamburger buns 🍔!! I’m also excited to try this low carb elbow pasta to make some Mac and cheese! It’s a little higher on the carbs- 7 net, but I can definitely make that work into my daily limit sometime!
Day 22 of the 31 day carnivore challenge 📓
Chicken drumsticks in the air fryer 👩🏻🏭 Outside crisp - inside juicy! 🙌
* 1 teaspoon of salt
* 1 teaspoon of black pepper
* 2 tablespoons Italian seasoning
* 1½ pounds of chicken drumsticks
* oil, to rub on the chicken, I didn't measure
1. First rub your oil, over the chicken.
2. Then season both sides of the chicken with the seasonings above, or use your own blend.
3. Preheat the air fryer to 390 F degrees, for about 4 minutes.
4. Then cook your chicken for 10 minutes, then flip to the other side and do it for another 10 minutes.
5. After the 20 minutes are up, reduce your heat to 150 F degrees and cook for another 6 minutes.
6. Let the chicken rest for a couple of minutes and then plate and serve!
‼️ Depending on the thickness of your drumsticks they may need more/less time.

Chicken Salad salad. You guys chicken salad is my favorite food ever. This is also the first time I’ve tested my ketones and blood sugar since going back to keto. I’m happy! My GKI is 2.81!

Homemade Chipotle Chicken Alfredo for dinner with @nupasta

for the tip of frying them to get the water out.
Made homemade alfredo sauce with butter, garlic, heavy whipping cream, sea salt, pepper, and lots of parmesan cheese.
Then did up some chicken breast in EVOO and seasoned with Mrs. Dash Southwest Chipotle for a little kick. (I should own stocks in that shit I use it so much)
Used 1/4 cup of sauce and tossed the nupasta with it and topped it with 4oz of chicken.
He had a big bowl of regular fettuccini alfredo but I ended up with extra sauce and I didnt wanna throw it out. So I currently have a chicken/broccoli alfredo bake in the oven that will be my dinners for the rest of the week 😋😋😋
