Keto No Bean Chilli.
800g beef mince (20% fat)
200g Bacon Lardons
1 Green Pepper
4 Cloves Garlic
1 Can Chopped Tomatoes
50g Tomato Puree
2 tbsp Chilli Powder
2 tbsp Cumin
1 tbsp Dried Oregano
1 tsp Sea Salt
1 tsp Black Pepper
1. Add 2 tbsp coconut oil to a pan on medium heat. Chop onion, pepper, chilli and garlic and cook for 5 mins.
2. Add beef and bacon lardons and cook until browned.
3. Place beef and bacon mixture in slow cooker and combine rest of ingredients.
4. Cook for 6 hours stiring occasionally.
This should be enough for 4-6 meals depending on the portion sizes you require. I made 4 meals and the macros came out 60g fat, 45g protein and 10g carbs per meal. Serve with cauliflower rice.
Yesterday was a total #ketofail ! I ate fries, a slice of bread, chocolate, and had 3 drinks while celebrating my big sister’s bday with my fam 🤦🏽♀️ I also skipped my workout (but I did work up a sweat dancing 😉). The great news is that I don’t feel defeated. I’m jumping back in today with both feet! I’ve been fasting all day and now I’m about to make up my missed workout. My purpose for sharing my journey here is to record all of my ups and downs during this process. As I have said many times before, I’m not perfect and neither am I trying to be. I’m just a girl on a journey who is unwilling to give up on her goals no matter how many time she falls down ❤️😘
2 weeks worth of b-l-d meals and snacks, this $126.50 doesn’t Include things like toilet paper, paper towels, otc meds, hygiene products (stuff that lasts longer then 2weeks) #keto is saving us a crap ton, it doesn’t have to be expensive. I plan meals around on sale items and items we can use in multiple different meals.

How did everyone do this weekend with meeting your goals?! I am proud to say that I had a great weekend out if town, got to see some family and have fun, all while staying on plan. I made smart choices with food and for drinks it was vodka/water and lime. I want to reach my goals so much more than I wanted to ruin my diet. Also, I woke up feeling good, no stomach aches and I will just carry the momentum into the week. .
If you didn't meet your goals this weekend then turn it around today and get back on track. The worst thing you can do is continue to make excuses. You have to want it more, then go get it!

I was SO looking forward to these too! It's the skin pork leg roast from yesterday. I put them on a rack on a cookie sheet in a slow oven to dry out then I was going to put them under the broiler to make cracking.
I just planned to keep them in there for a couple of hours...that was until I heard...uh, honey...you might want to get in here...the kitchen was filled with smoke and was billowing from the oven. (I disconnected the smoke detector temporarily knowing that the pork rinds would set it off once I turned on the broiler)
Um...yeah....we had every window open in the house. It's 7C out so it wasn't freezing, besides we needed the fresh air 😐
Oiy! Then hubby says..lunch is ready once the smoke clears! 😂
