3 weeks done and I’m really happy with the progress so far ✔️ I see Keto as a lifestyle not a diet.
Over the last 3 weeks, I have lived my life - enjoyed my usual social events with no struggle or temptation. My body has adapted quite well. I used to have painful cramping and bloating and would be so sleepy after every meal. But by changing to Keto it has all subsided.
My only tip for others starting out. Watch out for the headaches. Mine last for 2 days at around day 9 and it was terrible - push through and drink electrolytes. It will pass.

35lbs down in 9 months. Let's see if I can make it an even 50 by month 12. The first 7.5 months were your standard calorie counting. I lost 22lbs. The last 5 weeks I've been doing keto, and down 13.
If anybody ever wanted to know the differences in these two brown sugar Keto alternatives. Here's a difference in nutrition, ingredients and texture. I am also going to upload some videos to better show the texture. After having both of them I would probably purchase sukrin again but theyre both good products.
