Long post: but worth it:
🔹The pic on the right is from sometime in 2015. It is from one of the MANY attempts of taking “before pictures” because I was going to start a new “diet” the next day🤦🏻♀️ and I wanted to have a photo 📸to look back on. 🔹This particular time it lasted 2 weeks. 🔹I fell off the wagon and gained even more weight back. 🔹This is a cycle that I went through over and over and over MY.ENTIRE.LIFE. 🔹in junior high, in high school, college, post-college, young adult hood, and even marriage. 🔹it is a cycle almost every single person I know goes through...until it just CLICKS✨ 💠I like to call it a “BRAIN CHANGE”💠
🔹I don’t take a magic pill, or wrap, or shake, I am not part of a workout plan, or eating plan (although I KNOW ALL THESE THINGS WORK FOR PEOPLE)! 🔹IT IS SIMPLE...want to know my secret?? 🔸SMALL CHANGES 🔸Cardio/Gym time 🔸eating better (I literally started with cutting bread/rice/ pasta) 🔸and drinking water
🔹I kid you not...It is that simple! And you know what...IT CAN BE FREE. 🔹There are plenty of videos on YouTube for free where you don’t have to have a membership...
