For anyone that's wondering these are the two apps I use to track my dieting and fasting. Lose it! App is the app I track my macros, calories and nutrition. I log in my meals and it tells me how much carbs, protein and fat I ate. It also tells me my meal density, nutrition facts, calorie budgets, and goals I set. BodyFast app lets me know when im in my fasting period and when I can eat. It keeps me on track with my Intermittent fasting. So I eat at 12pm and stop eating at 8pm and I then fast for 16hrs. I eat breakfast at 12pm, lunch at 3pm and dinner at 6:30pm.

So since im on this Keto journey I decided to get Chipotle chicken, cheese, sour, cream and lettuce (HACK!: since this isn't recognized as a "Meal" because I didn't get rice or beans it was only $4!) Not exactly where I want to be but my 2nd day on Keto was better than the first day. I ate more fats, and less carbs today than yesterday. My aim is 75% fats, 25% protein and 5% carbs. Im working hard and I pray results will follow and I think I will enjoy making Keto a lifestyle change. I've never been this excited to try a diet before. And adding this to my Intermittent fasting is giving me more energy and motivation more than ever. I'm gonna focus on Keto before I go back to the gym. Im planning on going back next weekend. But if anyone is reading this and if you are my true friend and you know how long I've struggled with my weight, self loving myself and body image issue than all I ask is your prayers. This is such an emotional journey for me and I'm honestly trying to be a better me each and every day. God bless you and stay blessed❤

Hey all! My name is Maddie and i created this page as a way to keep myself motivated while on this Keto WOE. I began Keto in April 2018 because i had heard some good things about it. Going into it i anticipated it would be just like any other diet I’ve tried in the past, i do well the first day then i give up after the first week. The first days on Keto were difficult, but i found as time went on it became easier to manage. It takes a lot of planning and discipline but i have lost 20 pounds thus far (i will admit i have not been as strict these last two months). I recently had a health screening at work and learned and all my tests were within the normal range. Just last year my blood pressure was borderline, i was pre-diabetic and my LDL cholesterol was very low. At this point in my journey i have between 10 to 15 pounds to lose. Once i reach my goal weight I’d like to continue living a Keto/low carb lifestyle.
