Dinner: low carb cheese bread ๐Ÿ™Œ Found the recipe on Pinterest and it is so dang good! 2 cups of shredded cheese, 1/4 cup grated parmesan, and 2 eggs. Bake for 15 min at 350 degrees. I added some garlic and oregano for some extra goodness ๐Ÿ˜‹

I havenโ€™t posted a post op photo in a while because...life haha. Iโ€™ve been feeling great at 6 weeks post op now. Still get swollen and wear my binder daily, but my scar is healing really well even though I donโ€™t do all of the things like Iโ€™m supposed to. Coconut oil after my showers has been the most consistent thing Iโ€™ve done more than anything. #BossMeesh
Todayโ€™s lunch was made by my hubby (who hates cooking!) It is wild boar burger topped with Stilton cheese with halloumi, mushrooms and stir fried vegetables. The veggies werenโ€™t the best choice for Keto but weโ€™ve got it to use up. If you havenโ€™t tried wild boar burgers you need to!
