•Chicken was cooked in bacon grease and seasoned with turmeric, cumin, and onion. *
•Radishes & brussel sprouts tossed in olive oil, oregano, onion powder, and feta cheese then baked for 30 mins at 400 degrees.

Day 1 egg fast lunch: 4 eggs with cheddar cheese and pink salt, along with 2 electrolyte packets in 32oz water. For breakfast I had a turmeric BPC. So far so good! 🍳
Tonight’s dinner is leftover chicken thigh served with spinach, spicy egg mayo and halloumi 😋

Found the recipe on Pinterest and it is so dang good! 2 cups of shredded cheese, 1/4 cup grated parmesan, and 2 eggs. Bake for 15 min at 350 degrees. I added some garlic and oregano for some extra goodness 😋

•1 shredded rotisserie chicken, 1 can coconut milk, 4 cups chicken broth, 1/2 onion, 5 cloves garlic, cilantro, cumin, chili powder, and oregano to taste. Simmer for an hour ish 👌

I haven’t posted a post op photo in a while because...life haha. I’ve been feeling great at 6 weeks post op now. Still get swollen and wear my binder daily, but my scar is healing really well even though I don’t do all of the things like I’m supposed to.
Coconut oil after my showers has been the most consistent thing I’ve done more than anything.
Today’s lunch was made by my hubby (who hates cooking!) It is wild boar burger topped with Stilton cheese with halloumi, mushrooms and stir fried vegetables. The veggies weren’t the best choice for Keto but we’ve got it to use up. If you haven’t tried wild boar burgers you need to!
