We used some sugar free @ghughessugarfree
hickory bbq sauce, mozzarella, some smoked pork belly and green onion and omg it was AMAZING.
Keto is sooo tough 😂

Went off keto for Christmas and only put on 2 lbs which I’m assuming is water weight anyway. Back on it tomorrow, I’ve missed eating keto a lot so looking forward to getting back on it. Starting with a 3 day egg fast 💪🏻
Eating vegetables has been a STRUGGLE during my first trimester. Now that I've finally reached the second, the nausea is getting much more manageable. I'm ready to leave all the garbage I've eaten the last several weeks in the past and have a very healthy pregnancy to give these little beebs all the nutrients they need 😊👶👶

2nd meal of the day. Good old Fathead pizza 😋 definitely a favourite in our house now

That’s the egg fast finished so it’s an early weigh in and measure 👍 broke through the plateau so I’m happy 😊
Egg fast day 2, meal 1. Cream cheese pancakes 😋 🥞 2 eggs, 2oz cream cheese, 1 tsp Erythritol, 1 tsp cinnamon. Blend it up and cook in a non stick pan... yummy!
yet! I used coconut flour instead of almond and I think it made it less sticky
A vanilla premier protein shake blended with a handful of strawberries and ice cubes...so good and filling!
Not really hungry so having a bulletproof coffee for lunch
