Hard work, with the Ketogenic lifestyle helped me save my life. In the picture on the left I was probably 300+, HYPERtension, & TYPE 2 diabetic not taking any medication to help. When I found my stride with Keto, I was able to reverse Type 2 diabetes without any medication, my blood pressure was at its best, & now I’m at 230lbs. Might have poured a little too much for my celebratory bourbon🤷🏽♂️
Meal prep this week consists of grass fed ground beef, spicy ground pork sausage, onions, peppers, roasted garlic, smoked andouille sausage, steamed broccoli, roasted butter chicken & sriracha😍
So about a month ago I made keto chili! I froze two full quart sized bags of it. It was slap yo mammy good y’all! I put the recipe/ingredients I used with the original post.
So all night and morning I was thinking I would add cauliflower rice to the chili and stuff the green peppers in the fridge. Well peppers went bad 🙈🙈🙈 I’m notorious for that. Whoops. So I still added the cauliflower rice. My 4 year old who is “uh-yer-gic” (allergic) to vegetables has already asked for seconds. He’s eating it plain in a bowl with cheese. I made two perfectly fried eggs, topped with a handful of cheese and then topped with the chili and a dollop of sour cream. Y’all if I held this plate over your head...your tongue would slap your brains out trying to get to it!!!

Two meatballs (store bought... *gasp*!) in Rao's with mozzarella and Parmesan. These are from @wegmans
and are 6 carbs for two meatballs. I put them in the air fryer and then under the broiler with the toppings for a few minutes. #keto #easyketo #ketoairfryer
Could I make my own for fewer carbs per serving? Of course. But not having to make meatballs was worth a few extra carbs for me!

Skinny Buns Egg Sandwich 🍳🥑
These delicious skinny "buns" egg sandwiches for any meal this week! Loaded with nutrients, protein and satisfying healthy fats...all ready in about 10 minutes!
makes 2 servings
4 large free-range eggs
2-3 Tbsp. water
1 small ripe avocado, lightly mashed
2-3 slices nitrate-free bacon, cooked to your liking
2 Tbsps shredded cheese (optional)
coconut or avocado oil cooking spray
Place a medium nonstick pan over medium heat, then arrange inside 4 mason jar lids (centers removed). Lightly spray with
cooking spray. Very gently crack eggs into the centers of the lids and lightly whisk with a fork to break up the yolk.
Pour water around the lids and cover the pan. Cook on low heat for about 3-4 minutes, or until the egg is just set. Remove lid and top eggs with cheese if you like.
Cook until the cheese is slightly melted, about 1 minute more.
Gently flip the egg "bun" side without the cheese onto the plate. Top with mashed avocado and cooked bacon.
Assemble as shown, and enjoy!
