Keto Garlic Butter Meatballs ---
INGREDIENTS (4 SERVINGS)
1 lb. ground chicken
5 garlic cloves, minced and divided
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. grated Parmesan, plus more for garnish
2 tbsp. freshly chopped parsley
1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes
Freshly ground black pepper
2 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
4 tbsp. butter
Juice of 1/2 a lemon
1 lb. zoodles
1. In a large bowl mix together ground chicken, 2 garlic cloves, egg, parmesan, parsley, and red pepper flakes. Season with salt and pepper then form into tablespoon sized meatballs.
2. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat oil and cook meatballs until golden on all sides and cooked through, 10 minutes. Transfer to a plate and wipe out skillet with a paper towel.
3. Melt butter in skillet then add remaining 3 garlic cloves and cook until fragrant, 1 minute. Add zoodles to skillet and toss in garlic butter then squeeze in lemon juice.
4. Add meatballs back and heat just until warmed through. Garnish with Parmesan to serve.

💯🔥You will hear people preach that you can consume no calorie drinks, bulletproof coffee or you can have 50 calories or less during a fast. This is all misinformation that are used as excuses to consume certain things. The purpose of a fast is to allow your body to shut down the digestive system and start unpacking your own fat stores to burn as energy. If you cause an insulin spike, for example… A no calorie drink has artificial sweeteners, which when the sweet taste hits the tongue will in fact cause your pancreas to release insulin into your blood. When insulin is released your body will now prepare to consume outside foods for energy instead of your own fat stores. This is why you its hard to get over hunger in this stage, when you truly are fasting hunger is something that goes away within 5-15 min as your hormones are trying to balance out.

Football Sunday snacks had me like 😍😱 Currently in complete food coma right now after having so many yummy snacks while watching my patriots kick some BUTT today 🏈 i love football Sunday’s because it’s another chance to cook and recreate some of my favorite things. On the menu today we’re low carb mozzarella sticks and pigs in a blanket I guess you would call them! The pigs in a blanket were so easy and all I used were chicken sausage wrapped in @cutdacarb
wraps then cooked in the air fryer till crispy. I put a step by step on the mozzarella sticks in my story so go check that out!! You don’t have to give up your favorite food just to be healthier. Finding alternative ways to still enjoy those tasty football snacks can be so easy 👩🏻🍳😍
