Oh my! I haven’t been on Instagram for quite some time!!! In fact, I haven’t posted on this account since Feb 3rd!
In that time, I’ve carb-ed up a few times!! 😷 >> A couple of times they were healthy carb-ups, like this fresh apple berry juice (which I will talk about later), but there have been a couple of nasty carb-induced affairs too. >> I’m currently struggling though the affects of a sugar-overload, and let me tell you.... I feel awful!!!!!! 😢 Headache, nausea, and anxiety! I can’t believe that I used to eat this way. Of course, there’s a silver lining to all of this; I DON’T eat that way anymore, and clearly my body is not impressed with it!!! I’m thankful for my new healthy ways, and that my body is not allowing me to go back. •••
I allowed myself to go a little crazy on the junk last week, but after 8 months of keto, it just isn’t worth it!!! TIME TO GET BACK TO FEELING GOOD!!! Sugar and junk.... hurry up and get out of my body!! 😡 .
