Oh boy... is this ever tasty!!! Made @mrsceo_j creamy chia seed pudding today (recipe is in a link on her bio) and while my coconut milk didn’t separate I still improvised and used it. Still tasty, but not as creamy. I realized upon some googling that if you get coconut milk that has certain agents in it, Guar gum in particular, it won’t separate into that beautiful cream when refrigerated. So off to the store I went and found another can that has nothing to keep it from separating and I’ll try again later this week. ❤️
I keep seeing these cute little weightloss calendar tracker things all over Instagram and always wanted to do it!!! I figure this is another way for me to stay accountable in this journey. Honestly the first 3 months of this year were SHITTY! I was constantly depressed even though I was snowboarding practically every day and was totally in my element I was having so much anxiety about my personal life and my self worth was dwindling. I didn’t have a scale and only had inches to go off basically. But it didn’t seem like I was making any progress and I blame it on my hormones being so out of whack. Got blood work done, and I’m slowly correcting my hormone imbalances. Reproductive health and thyroid are my major bugaboos and they suck when it comes to trying to lose weight. Took a little more time and attention to get it just right with that thickness in my @lodgecastiron skillet but it was delicious. Итак, немного о себе и своей борьбе с лишним весом. Набрала лишние килограммы как и большинство, после беременности,в 20 лет. До этого, наверное,даже не знала что такое диета)) мой вес всегда был 56-58 кг,и для меня это было состояние идеальное. Но... На 9 месяце беременности я пришла в роддом с весом 92!кг. Я себя не ограничивала ни в чем. Как моя акушер говорила,наела булочками,вот и рожай свою булочку) И родила Слава Богу, здорового крепкого мальчугана. Не вспомню с каким весом я вернулась домой,но когда я начала задумываться над лишним весом я была с весом 78 кг. И тут чего я только не пробовала,всё диеты на свете и голодания и моно диеты и пластыри. Скинула до 75 в первые два года после. Далее ходила -5кг + 5 кг. Буквально три года назад я добилась результата в 64кг. Но со временем снова всё вернулось обратно ((( и вот с зимы 2018 г чуть ли не каждую неделю садила себя на диету,но как видите результата ноль. Не могла я в себя запихивать гречку и запивать её кефиром( И тут в одной из соц.сетей я наткнулась на статью о кетогенном питании. В жизни не могла подумать что от жирной еды можно худеть!!! Oven baked salmon with lemon herb butter and a side of greens sautéed in butter. Lemon Herb Butter makes this dish so tasty. 30g of butter, 3 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp of chopped parsley and 2 crushed garlic cloves. In a saucepan heat a small portion of butter. Add the garlic and stir for 30 seconds. Add the remaining butter and lemon juice. Let butter melt until sauce goes creamy. Remove from heat and add the parsley.
