I'm convinced those single leg curls and extensions were a big missing link! One leg was probably picking up the slack for the other? 🤔Anyhoo, watch out, this girl is building some muscle 🙌🏼
I was craving a little something sweet and decided to try some unsweetened vanilla macadamia nut milk by @milkadamia that I found at HomeGoods recently. I’m kicking myself for not clearing the shelf. I really liked it. I tasted it by itself first and then I warmed it and added some @choczero hot chocolate 🍫.

Yes! It's so yummy, easy and healthy dinner! 😍😍😍 Roasted ground beef + cauliflower (light roasted) + homemade mayonnaise + cheese(I used mozzarella) = best dinner/lunch ever😍

Breaking my 22hr fast with @costco_canada Pulled Pork and Garlic broccoli.

Completed 25min of fasted cardio: 15min of lateral elliptical and 10min rowing. Then 15 minutes of Abs. Quick gym workout so I could get home after a weekend away to meal prep for the week!
Keto No Bean Chilli.
800g beef mince (20% fat)
200g Bacon Lardons
1 Green Pepper
4 Cloves Garlic
1 Can Chopped Tomatoes
50g Tomato Puree
2 tbsp Chilli Powder
2 tbsp Cumin
1 tbsp Dried Oregano
1 tsp Sea Salt
1 tsp Black Pepper
1. Add 2 tbsp coconut oil to a pan on medium heat. Chop onion, pepper, chilli and garlic and cook for 5 mins.
2. Add beef and bacon lardons and cook until browned.
3. Place beef and bacon mixture in slow cooker and combine rest of ingredients.
4. Cook for 6 hours stiring occasionally.
This should be enough for 4-6 meals depending on the portion sizes you require. I made 4 meals and the macros came out 60g fat, 45g protein and 10g carbs per meal. Serve with cauliflower rice.

Classic parmesan crisps. Personally I'm a bigger fan of @traderjoes cheese bites, but these taste really similar and are better for crushing up and using for a crust!
