In addition, you will have access to the private Challenge Facebook group(where the meal plan files are located for download) that offers support, answers to questions, and additional recipes and suggestions(the accountability is one of the reasons I have so many repeat challengers). Two people will split the cash prize. 1 of the winners will be the participant who has lost the highest % of weight and the second person will be randomly selected live on video!

At my heaviest weight-the bottom jeans were about 4 -5 sizes to small...they were my goal pants. I was wearing a size 20 MATERNITY pants-because they had a stretchy waist and I didn’t have to worry about them not buttoning.
Those bottom jeans are a size 16. I remember the day they fit. I remember how proud I felt of myself. I threw away ALL of my maternity clothes! (My daughter was almost 2-they should have been long gone!)
At that point-the top pants became my goal pants. A size 8 seemed so far away-and I was pretty sure it would never happen. I debated getting rid of them so many times because every time I tried them on it didn’t seem like I was getting any closer to actually fitting in them. .
I remember SO CLEARLY the day that size 8 slid all the way up AND buttoned. We were in a rush...I “had nothing” to wear-and I was just feeling blah. I grabbed a pair of jeans from the closet-thinking they were my size 12s-and was so shocked when they were so tight. I felt defeated. Like all my hard work was for nothing...except I grabbed the size 8s without knowing. .
When I realized I had fit in a size 8 I ripped them off and grabbed the goal jeans. And they fit!! I started running around my house crying and I’m pretty sure I FaceTimed my mom to show her. .
Those are the moments that get you through the struggle. Those are the times you celebrate yourself! Those are the moments that ALL your hard work has paid off!! Be proud of yourself! Always. At every stage. If it wasn’t for me deciding it was MY TIME at the beginning-I wouldn’t be where I am now. .
I don’t have a current pair of goal pants-but it’s time I go find some to keep my ass in check!! Haha. And forever I will keep my original goal pants. Because they were the first step. The first time I had felt proud of myself in a long time. Even though they were bigger than I wanted to be-they were smaller than I once was! .

This Southern inspired dish will please all breakfast lovers. Best of all, you will only need a few common ingredients to whip it up in less than 20 minutes.⠀
For a delicious twist, swap the traditional shrimp topping for shredded cheese, fried egg or crispy bacon. It's a fun, easy and quick keto meal that can be made in advance and reheated when you are short on time. ⠀

Ingredients (makes 3 servings)⠀
1 small cauliflower (340 g/ 12 oz)⠀
2 tbsp unsalted butter (28 g/ 1 oz)⠀
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream (120 ml/ 4 fl oz)⠀
3/4 tsp sea salt, or to taste⠀
1/4 tsp black pepper ⠀
1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese (57 g/ 2 oz)⠀
1 medium green onion, sliced (15 g/ 0.5 oz)⠀
crispy bacon slices⠀
fried or poached eggs⠀
crumbed feat cheese⠀
crisped up chorizo⠀
pan-roasted shrimp cooked in butter (seasoning of choice)⠀
Cut the cauliflower into quarters then place in a food processor or blender. Blend until it resembles rice (food processor and a grating blade work best).⠀ ⠀
Place the cauliflower rice in a medium pot over high heat. Cook 3-4 minutes until it starts to soften.⠀
Add in the butter, heavy cream, salt, and pepper. Cook another 3-4 minutes then use a hand blender to blend the mixture into a creamy grit consistency, be sure not to over process into mashed cauliflower.⠀
To serve, top with shredded cheddar and green onions.⠀
This recipe can be stored refrigerated for up to 3 days.⠀

Another meal from local prep place ☺️ “Healthy breakfast hash”. Some veggies mixed with sausage and 2 eggs. It’s pretty tasty! I did add some pink salt, the foods tend to be on the less salty side. I’m going to test my blood sugar and ketones in an hour or so. Earlier I had BPC with collagen peptides, mct oil, and Hwc before I worked out. It really did fuel me through my workout plus kept me satisfied. I think I may be becoming more fat adapted.
