I love sleep more than the average person, but I also hate running out the door without breakfast.
There’s no such thing as ‘I don’t have enough time to go to the gym or to eat properly’
Get up early, go to bed late, do whatever it takes to get to where you need to be.
My meal plan today was ketoaf, as usual! First I started the day with intermittent fasting but had a 64 oz #CoffeBomb
with 2TBS of real butter, HWC, Mexican vanilla, 3 splenda, and coconut whip cream.
Immediately at 2PM I began to #eatlikebeast
and enjoyed a windfall of fatty protein packed concoctions. I also consumed a Bang for extra energy and lots of water to stay hydrated and deliver my supplement dose effectively.

Who loves Salmon?
Brown Sugar & Mustard Glazed Salmon
Ingredients: -2 6oz salmon fillets
-1 teaspoon of salt
-1/2 teaspoon of pepper
-2 garlic cloves, grated
-1 tablespoon of mustard
-1 tablespoon of brown sugar
-1 pinch of red pepper flakes
-1 1/2 tablespoon of Canola oil
-lemon or lime wedges, to garnish
1.) Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
2.) In a bowl, combine the salt, pepper, grated garlic cloves, mustard, brown sugar, red pepper flakes, and Canola oil until a paste has formed.
3.) Liberally season the fish with salt and pepper. Then smear the paste onto the flesh side of the fish.
4.) Heat a cast iron skillet (or oven safe) on the stove and then add a bit of oil to the pan.
5.) Cook the fish skin side down first until it’s golden brown on one side, then flip and place in the hot oven to cook through.
6.) Cook until the desired temperature has been reached.
7.) Garnish with fresh lemon or lime wedges.

Between my Baby's birthday weekend and visiting my bff in Oklahoma, we just been eating wild and reckless! Lol. But that's ok! Before i would be like "Well B*tch, you messed up! Time to quit!" 😂 Where as now i see it as a challenge to get back on my grind and level up! 💪 I gained 3 lbs (which i assume is mostly water) but it's all good! I'm back in my bag starting today!! Gym too!! So I'm gonna have no problem hitting my 10 lb goal by July 31st 🙌 So happy that at this point in my life i have found the motivation to actually do this for myself.
