So for the past month I have been back on keto and have lost 4 kg. I haven’t been feeling as good as I remember feeling and so I have decided to cut out the dairy and carbs and do carnivore or zero carb for a while. I don’t know how long for, my body will tell me when. I always feel so much better without all the carbs and dairy. These are pics taken today so o can show some progress pics along the way. Lunch: ribs with grilled broccoli and raw veggies
Snack: macadamia nuts
Dinner: pork, grilled chicken, avocado, lettuce.

I'm telling you, that sunset!! ➡️Even my friend was admiring the view. Lol! He kept saying if he had abs like that, he'd be showing them off too! 😂 So I've been telling him for a while that he should try this diet/lifestyle change. Just try it and see how he feels. I told him he, too, could have those abs. He's going to think about it. He doesn't like the restrictions. I showed him some foods I've made, told him I'd come over and make him some meals. I'm keeping my fingers crossed. 🤞

1 cup coconut oil, melted
1 cup macadamia nut butter (almond butter ok, too)
1/2 cup no-junk protein powder (I love Bone Broth Protein Powder
1 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
1/2 cup dried cranberries (or raisins or dried cherries)
1 cup slivered almonds (or pecans, walnuts, hazelnuts)
1/2 cup cacao nibs
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
small rimmed rectangular or square baking sheet/cake pan (mines about 6×8 with 2 inch rim)
Whisk coconut oil, nut butter and protein powder in a medium bowl until smooth. Add remaining ingredients an stir. Line baking sheet/cake pan with parchment paper, making sure it goes all the way up the sides. Pour in batter, and don’t let the batter touch the actual pan or it will be very messy to remove. Cover and refrigerate for about 2 hours or until solid. Lift bars out with parchment paper underneath and cut into squares on a cutting board (as pictured).
Store bars in refrigerator!! This recipe must be kept pretty cold. If they get too warm, the coconut oil will melt and they will turn back into a puddle.

Today was one of those days as a nurse...the ones where you ask yourself if you chose the right profession 😂 but after I was home and had time to decompress the day, I thought of the cute little old man I took care of today. The fear in his eyes when I picked him up in the ER and put my hand on his shoulder, his breathing labored as he tries to move air through his fluid filled lungs...fast forward to the end of my shift and he was sitting up eating dinner and said to me “you fixed me, I feel like a new man!!” My heart soared....Overall today was a crappy day, but with a team of badass nurses and a cute little old man, there was good in today, and for that I’m grateful 💕

Went 67.5 hours without food, water and ketones ONLY. Salmon shorts Sunday, blue shorts Wednesday. Lost 5.6 pounds, 4 pounds of body fat. Down 1.5% body fat, tummy has NEVER been flatter, metabolic age lowered by 5 years, and a better tan.
This was my 5th ReBOOT, and my best one yet. I made it FUN. Hung out at the pool and hot tub at the hotel for the majority of it, even negotiated a corporate rate for Pruvers at Hawthorne Suites in Overland KS, national is next.

I felt stuck. I was angry at everyone for something i did to myself and i pushed everyone away because of it. I lost people i loved for a long time so i guess you could say..it worked.. But i wanted to be alone. I wanted to hide. I found myself crying in my bed at night hoping knowbody heard me. But i wanted someone to. This is one of the darkest times in my journey & in my life. When i couldn’t see the light at the end of the tunnel,Yet just a few months later i remember coming across this quote and it spoke so deep that it gave me chills. It was me..scrolling through IG & because of this quote. •
I had my what i want to call my “ok” moment. I wish i knew who it was because I’d thank them now. But it’s a huge part in opening my journey back up to social media after being drug through the mud for doing so before.
But I’ve learned that people’s opinion of you is none of your business.. & i realized that my fear of judgement from maybe one or two people was NOT more important than what I could do with A BETTER LIFE & helping others.
Maybe I’m a weirdo but i totally believe in timing and i was meant to find that quote that day. 🙋🏻♀️ So..This is me. Showing the world something I’ve tried to hide for 9 months but I’m ready.
