Easy to make, even easier to eat.
Mix 1C coconut oil with 1/2C chia seeds, 1/4C coconut flakes, 1tsp vanilla (gf), and stevia to tatse (20-30 drops)(or 1tsp honey or xylitol to tatse), place on parchment paper, then pop in the freezer for 30-45 mins and enjoy. Store extras in refrigerator. Makes 24.
