Probably wont buy those noodles again, got them when I used Walmart's grocery pick up so I really didnt look at the ingredients. I love @miraclenoodle

The confession is... I haven’t been strictly keto... I’ve had carb binges, gatherings, occasional intermittent fasting, occasional extended fasts, lazy macro counting, VACATIONS, weekend trips, toxic shifts at the hospital, skipping workouts... I’ve been working a lot of shifts 😰but I’ve been sticking to my 3-4x workouts a week, trying to stay keto/low carb as much as I can, and still trying to break my stall! Still hovering around 127-129 within the last 50 days! 🤭
So this is a new start for me ‼️The goal is to keep it clean keto, track macros and workouts consistently, and keep on going! 💪🏼 Life doesn’t slow down for either you or me. Soooo nun wie versprochen das Rezept für meine heiss geliebten Zucchini 🥒🥒🥒 Küchlein 🤤🤤🤤 Rezept:
2 kleine Karotten
8 Scheiben gebratenen Speck
3 mittelgroße Zucchetti
1 Handvoll Petersilie
2 Teelöffel Flohsamenschalen Pulver
1 Esslöffel Kokosmehl
1 kleine Zwiebel
2 Teelöffel Meersalz
schwitze die Zucchini (wichtigster Schritt!): Die geraffelte Zucchini, in ein Sieb legen. Salz hinzufügen und mindestens 20 Minuten lang so stehen lassen, je länger es steht desto mehr Wasser wird abgezogen.
Nach den 20 Minuten das restliche Wasser auspressen / auswringen. Dieser Schritt ist sehr wichtig, um matschige Küchlein zu vermeiden! Drücken Sie so viel Wasser wie möglich heraus und drücken Sie dann noch einmal für gutes Glück 😉
Während die Zucchini ruht, den Speck in einer großen Pfanne knusprig braten, dann auf einem Küchenpapier abtropfen lassen und in kleine Stückchen zerschneiden, beiseite stellen. Behalte das Bratfett um die Küchlein darin zu braten.
Mische in einer großen Schüssel die vorbereiteten Zucchini, Speck, Kokosnussmehl, Flohsamen, Ei, Parmesan, Knoblauch einfach alle Zutaten. Evtl. Zucchini mit etwas Salz abschmecken, (auch wenn der Speck Salzigkeit hinzufügt!) Erwärme eine große Pfanne bei mittlerer Hitze füge anschließend 1 Esslöffel Fett hinzu und forme aus der Zucchinimischung Taler.
Sobald die erste Seite goldbraun ist, was ungefähr 2-3 Minuten dauern sollte, drehe vorsichtig mit einem breiten Spatel um, brate auf der zweiten Seite weitere 2-3 Minuten, bis das Gold wächst 😂, die Hitze verringert wens nötig ist.
Um ein Verbrennen der Küchlein zu vermeiden, fügevor jeder neuen Ladung einen zusätzlichen Esslöffel Fett hinzu.

When you’re feeling good about yourself, grab that feeling and hang onto it!! Yoga pants and a TShirt?!! And the top is loose! Bought it a bazillion years ago when I was on another yo-yo diet that eventually failed as it was unsustainable like they all are. It fit me nicely but never this loose. I’m feeling lean today. So lean. As of today I’m down 75 lbs!! And all I did was cut the carbage out of my life. I say ‘all I did’ cause at the end of the day, it really is that simple. In the beginning of this journey, 16 months ago, it wasn’t this simple, as we do like to complicate things. I stumbled about with crazy protein and fat macros, always less than 20g net carbs though. Then I started researching, tracking, experimenting, tweaking and eventually found what worked for me. I no longer track as I am comfortable with my WOE. This isn’t a diet and that’s why it’s successful. Keeping my carbs less than 25 total is pretty simple. I lean toward Carnivore as it’s delicious, easy and nutritious. I eat what I want and when I want. The when I want is a bit of an issue though as I rarely have cravings nor hunger. When I do eat carbs, they are clean. Ingredients I can pronounce. This is an amazing lifestyle that is totally sustainable. It started off being about weight loss and somewhere along the way it became about health. I am one that gets on the scale at least once a day but that number doesn’t define me anymore. I have had weeks, months where the scale bounced up and down with the same few pounds and I was okay with that. My clothes continued to get looser and I continued to feel leaner. I still have days when my dysmorphia takes over and I feel enormous but I’m getting better at shutting that shit down. Well this is turning into a novel. Anyway, I’m feeling lean today!!! And I’m going out in public dressed like this!!!! 😂 #nsv

Any recommendations on flax seed crackers? I have been seeing on here people purchasing flax crackers... I found these and thought the carb count was decent... however I plugged it in to my carb manager app and it actually said it was 12 net carbs per serving instead of the 7 which I thought it would be. Not sure how to even calculate insoluble fiber...? But after that was thinking they may be too high of carb count... which is a bummer because these suckers are tasty

Dinner was thrown together since it took longer than usual to get home. Salad with blueberries, strawberries, queso fresco, sunflower seeds, tomatoes, peppers, sliced Turkey and avocado. Love this primal kitchen Green goddess dressing.
Almost time for lunch and I realized i forgot my avocado. If only there was an avocado fairy! 😫 I try to eat one avocado a day. Sometimes it ends up being two because 2 decide to get ripe at the same time and let's face it leaving it for the next day is a guaranteed over riped brown avocado.

Current obsession!! Never thought I would love dark chocolate, but my tastes have changed drastically. I savor flavors, textures, and little subtleties I never paid attention to before. I try focus on buying quality food, and I find myself truly caring about the ingredients (non GMO, organic, grassfed etc, if possible). Plus, I do my best to eat slower and really enjoy my food- which is actually much easier when I have to eat left handed #smallperk

Tonight's dinner was so good! Love when I just come up with random ideas. I made this cauliflower, ground beef and cheddar hash that we love. We usually eat it as a side but tonight I wrapped them in a Joseph's lavash and put them in the press. On my salad I only put fresh squeezed lime juice and salt. 🤤🤤🤤
Baked chicken thigh, bacon wrapped asparagus, and cream cheese peppers. Yummy keto meal

I consider myself a “clean” keto person. I know I’m significantly metabolically damaged, my thyroid is an issue, my adrenals are taxed, and my gut is jacked (the medical term 😉). I’m a walking bag of stress and inflammation. With a generous sprinkle of chronic illness on top. So my keto goals include weight loss sure, but extend way beyond that to the anti-inflammatory, hormone-correcting, and gut-healing benefits. •
FOR ME, I see no benefit to imitation carbage, (ex. keto pancakes, keto chips, keto bars, keto shakes, keto cinnamon rolls, etc...), being a regular part of my keto WOL (key word is regular). They’re full of additives, their labels are HIGHLY untrustworthy, and they do nothing to improve my relationship with food. Also, they stall the crap out of my weight loss lol. And I’m sooooo not here for that, as the kids say 🤣 •
I’m also not the dang keto police, and I support you doing what’s best for you. Just know that this gram always has been, and always will be, promoting whole foods and clean keto. It’s not as attention-grabbing and sexy as some of the food hacks, new products, or magical supplements, but it is my authentic journey.
