We don't graft for 18hours a day in the mines anymore... 2500 recommended daily Cals has been drastically over estimated for quite some time!
My day starts at 05:30am and ends around 00:00... I know what you're going to say... I don't get as much sleep as I should, but my day is jammed and this is the only way I can fit everything in
Anyway... Back to the point... I'm on the move for the best part of 18 hours a day and during this time I train between 2-3 hours a day.... and I'm still building lean muscle mass... All of this on only 1200cals.
We don't need to consume the volume of food that we do as a society... We don't need to eat 3-4 times a day... WE ARE NOT CATTLE... We're not grazers, we don't have several stomachs... We are FEAST AND FAST animals.
1-2 nutritious meals a day is all we need.

This reminds me of when I lived in El Paso, my daddy used to make discada every other weekend. We loved it so much! Oh, and the way you eat it this deliciousness, is by scooping some meat mixture onto a corn tortilla (homemade are best), top it with a dollop of guacamole, and a dollop of sour cream and you go to town!! And if you like spicy, grab a chile toreado.

Re heated some of the parmesan crust pork chops I made yesterday. Made sure to use some paper towel to make sure they didn't get soggy.
1/4 cup almond flour
1cup powdered parmesan
2 cups coconut oil
Mix parmesan and almond flour together in one bowl. Crack eggs into another bowl.
Heat coconut oil in frying pan
While heating dip pork in egg and then on parmesan mix.
Place carefully in pan. Flip regularly to ensure even cooking. Remove when brown.
Meal prep! Parmesan crusted pork.
Before keto, I was a huge fan of the "peanut butter jelly time" meal replacement shake at a local smoothie place. I've been craving it sooo bad lately but it's 65 carbs, so after lots of attempts I made a keto version! It's got like a million ingredients because I was going after a very specific flavor, so sorry if I'm the only one who cares to put the effort in but I swear it's most satisfying lol. *******************************
1 cup unsweetened chocolate almond milk, 2 tbsp heavy whipping cream, 1 tbsp MCT oil, 2 scoops unflavored whey protein, 2 tbsp fresh ground peanut butter, 1/4 cup frozen raspberries, 4 ice cubes, 1 tsp cocoa powder, few drops raspberry extract. Blend that bad boy up. Enjoy. You could probably sub coconut-milk-in-a-can for the almond milk and hwc but I'm not a huge coconut fan. ****************************
608 cal / 11 nCarb / 35 protein / 46 fat makes this a super killer meal replacement shake with good macros, but not a low calorie snack lol.
