Had a sweet tooth today and 3 blocks measured 1/2 ounce and that actually hit the spot! Small price to pay for 4 net carbs but sometimes you need that chocolate. It’s very rich so a little goes a long way. @traderjoes
Tonight’s Protein is Pork Ribeye!!!
1st I marinated it in drippings from a Pork Roast from earlier in the week
2nd I seared it in a cast iron skillet for 2 minuets each side in olive oil, Himalayan pink salt, pepper, and Garlic
3rd I baked it in the pan at 450* for 8 minuets
4th I let it rest on a cutting board for 10 minuets
5th u let my hubby carve it up.
It was Juicy and Delicious.
