Ingredients Oil for frying - 1/2 - 3/4 cup 4boneless skinless chicken breasts - (about 4-5 oz each 3/4 cup) Parmesan cheese 1/4 tsp garlic powder 1/4 pepper salt Asiago cheese 3-4 slices bacon - cooked and crumbed (can leave slightly under-done, it will finish cooking under broiler) 1 egg beaten 1 tablespoon water Instructions Preheat oven to 350 degrees In a small shallow bowl, mix egg and waterIn another shallow bowl, mix cheese, pepper salt and garlic. Heat oil over medium high heat Dip each chicken breast first in egg mixture then in cheese Fry in hot oil until crust is golden brown Prepare a baking pan by covering with foil and placing wire rack on top Place chicken on rack and bake about 20 minutes or until juices run clear Time will depend on thickness of chicken. Paso el dato antes, que no somos vegetarianos, se que me sigue gente vegetariana, por lo que espero no incomodarlos, las recetas se pueden adaptar también reemplazando la carne por unas croquetas, tortilla o hamburguesas vegetarianas. Subiré recetas pronto! (Las tortillas de coliflor son lo máximo) Esta vez hicimos cena de restos! Una ensalada de lechuga, palta, aceitunas y semillas de maravilla (que son exquisitas y le dan el toque crunch) Espinacas salteadas, facilísimas de preparar, las lave, piqué y puse en el wok, previamente aceitado con aceite de oliva en spray.(La mejor invencion para no abusar del alcohol) Condimenté con sal y pimienta. Saltear poco, la idea es que conserven algo de su crocancia. Al apagar y servir agregué un chorrito de jugo de limón y sésamo tostado. BREAKFAST • WRAP • This is a bacon and egg breakfast wrap I made a while back and guess what the wrap is made of?! Cheese! Just like the cheese pizza I made several posts ago, I used shredded mozzarella and heated it up till it melted and formed a crust or wrap of sorts. I then added the cooked scrambled eggs and slice of bacon and wrapped it up in the cheese. It was easy and delicious and crunchy! In a large skillet over medium heat, heat oil. Add onion and cook until onion is soft, about 5 minutes. Stir in garlic and ground beef, breaking up meat with a wooden spoon. Cook until beef is no longer pink, about 6 minutes; drain excess fat. Add crushed tomatoes and balsamic vinegar. Bring mixture to boil then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes. Ahora a 🙏 para que salga decente del horno. 🌟 La harina de almendras es costosa, por eso hace unos meses cuando la encontré en descuento en @organicastorepa compré varios paquetes, reempaqué en ziplocs y congelé. Para usarla, sólo basta pasarla a la nevera y esperar que descongele. En mis stories les contaré los resultados de este experimento a ver si logramos hacer un 🥧 de zapallo para la cena del jueves 💕

INGREDIENTS. 300 ml thickened cream. 270 ml can chilled coconut cream. 1 cup Almond Milk. 3 scoops (90gr) vanilla protein powder. Blueberries to liking. 2 tbs stevia. 1 tsp vanilla extract. Pinch of salt. . METHOD. 1. Whisk all ingredients(except blueberries) together thoroughly making sure there's no lumps. 2. You can either chill the mixture for 2 hrs in the fridge OR just put it in your trusty icecream maker and let it do its thing. 3. Add blueberries with 5 minutes to go. 4. ENJOY 5.
