Sadly, this was supper tonight. @papajohns should be ashamed to call these wings. This was my second time trying them. The first time was awful, and I decided to give them another chance at a different location. They were black and soggy. I’m not sure how a chicken that tiny can have such a copious amount of soggy saggy fat with no meat, but both times these wings did. Never again. Save your money. 🙅🏼♀️🙅🏼♀️🙅🏼♀️ (For those who might argue that lots of fat is good for you with keto, this is fat was nasty and inedible.)

I was talking to my friend today about how our minds were blown when we started taking a look at our nutrient breakdowns instead of just focusing on the calories (so I showed her this picture I shared it on my personal insta story a little while ago)! The left is a day of eating "healthy" from 2015 - the right is from this year! Both are 1600 calories but the difference in the amount of carbs and sugars I consumed - its crazy!!! And I wondered why the weight wasn't coming off before lol! I feel SO much better now my mood and energy are so much better!! Thankful I started cutting out the garbage and making better choices!!! 🎉🎉👌🏼🤗❤️❤️

Loaded home made cheddar crisps not tostadas tacos, with some 73/27 ground beef. I feel like allot of non-Keto meals, can be turned into a true Keto meal with just changing little things like what I did with the cheddar crisps. Little tip shred your own cheese from the block, allot of them pre-shredded packages have potato starch and other anti sticking agents.
Dinner: I love Keto because... STEAK!!! Not sure how keto friendly the coleslaw is.. but I didn’t eat the whole thing. The brussel sprouts were delicious! Check my story for what seems like a keto friendly drink... lol #lazyketo
