Cranberry Bliss Bars (Starbucks Copycat)
I am extremely happy with how these turned out! I'm going to make another batch of these for Thanksgiving as these are already gone!! If you're missing Starbucks Cranberry Bliss Bars as I was...this will totally hit the spot without all the sugar & carbs!
Makes 16 servings
1 3/4 cups Almond flour
3/4 c. @sukrinusa
1/2 c. Erythritol, granular
1/2 c. Butter, softened
2 eggs at room temp
1 tsp. Baking powder
1/2 tsp. Salt
3/4c.-1cup Sugarfree white chocolate, chopped into chip size pieces.
1/4 c. No sugar added dried cranberries, chopped
1/2 tsp. Ground ginger
1 tsp. Orange Extract
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract .
Directions for the batter: Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Line a 9x13 baking dish with parchment paper. Cream together sugar substitutes with butter. Add eggs,& extracts on high until fluffy.
In a large bowl mix together almond flour, salt, baking powder, ginger, till combined. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients. Mix to combine. Add in white chocolate & cranberries.
Spread evenly in pan & bake for 30-35 minutes, or until done. Let cool completely, then cover in Saran Wrap, and chill in frig for at least an hour.
Frost with frosting below, sprinkle with 2 TBS. cranberries, and using forks drizzle white chocolate over bars. Sprinkle with orange peel. Cut into squares, and then into triangles.
8oz. Cream cheese, softened
1/4c. Butter, softened
1c. Powdered Erythritol
1/2 tsp. Orange Extract
1/2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
20 drops Cranberry flavoring from @oooflavors
1/4 tsp. Finely grated orange peel
2 TB. No sugar added dried cranberries, chopped
2 TB. Sugarfree white chocolate, melted.
Cream butter & cream cheese together. Add powdered Erythritol and beat until combined. (It will be a lil crumbly). Add extracts & cranberry flavoring, mix on high till smooth. Spread over bars.
