Fried buffalo chicken bites! .
5oz. Almond flour
1/2tsp. Garlic powder
1tsp. Baking powder
Melt your mozzarella in the microwave then incorporate your egg. Mix the dry in gredients together then mix the cheese/egg mixture in. Roll out your dough and cut into circles. I used a 4inch round cutter and got 16. .
1 pre-cooked chicken breast
1oz. Cream cheese
1/3rd c. Sour cream
1/4c Frank's red hot
1/2tsp garlic powder
1/2tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp dill
You can leave these seasonings out if you don't have them but my favorite recipe for buffalo chicken dip calls for ranch and I wanted to incorporate those flavors without adding too much liquid into the filling. .
I added about 1Tbs of filling to each fathead round and sealed the edges together by running an egg wash around the inside edges of the circle before folding them together
I fried them for about 45 seconds on each side in 350 degree coconut oil. I dipped them in homemade ranch dip and more Frank's. Enjoy!

4 years ago. 4 whole years since I’ve been this close to reaching 170lbs. After having my son in 2013 I “dieted”. I ate oranges, Cheerios and drank tea after tea after tea to keep full. Obviously this didn’t work, but I was desperate. I was 150 when I got pregnant. I had muscle, so at 5’2 I wasn’t heavily overweight (in my eyes). I struggled and still struggle with my body image but with the help of Keto and some positive psychology it’s slowly getting better. Keto has not only helped with losing weight, but it’s helped with my hormonal acne, energy and eating appropriate portion sizes. Got my long run in outside!!! I'm pretty happy with it even though it was a little slow, but that's going to happen when you go from running on a treadmill to actually having some incline outside! It was a beautiful run though! Perfect weather!! Fueling up with my go to brunch!! I think it's so cool how people can fuel their bodies differently! I have been running (literally) on only fat and protein. Very minimal to trace carbs!! Especially for a sport that is known for "carb-ups" I just find it fascinating what our bodies can do! (Btw do you think I used enough !!!!... 🤣 blame it on the running endorphins)
April 19-21: Hi again! 😂😭 Due to a recent development at work, I wasn't able to even stand long enough after work to get a decent picture for the last couple of days. That, and my macros have been complete shit and honestly I can't figure it out. 😔 So this morning, I decided to finally cave and try the bulletproof coffee! Except instead of butter, it's pure MCT oil! 😁 I also ate a string cheese for breakfast, and I'll have my normal work food for lunch. Then tonight, another recipe from my keto cookbook, Mississippi pot roast! 😊
Also, in case anyone else has this issue, I work at Chipotle, which is a fast food Mexican joint, and I get a free meal for lunch. What I get to stay keto friendly is a bowl, no rice, no beans, double chicken, sour cream, and double cheese. I don't like romaine lettuce and I'm allergic to guac, and the salsas actually have quite a bit of carbs in them. It ends up being 30g of fat, 4g of carbs, and 61g of protein! 😊💕

결과는 우유 없이는 한조각도 넘길 수 없는, 폭식을 막는 맛.

오늘 아침 200 감량. 혈당도 케톤도 OK!
저녁으로 폭립과 연어를 먹었는데 플레이팅이 왠지 소박한 느낌.
폭립소스도 그렇고 연어 드레싱도 엄청 달짝지근하다 보니 소스류가 혈당에 어떤 영향을 줄까 궁금해졌다. 식후1시간 혈당은 의외로 착한 수치.
양념에 든 당류 정도는 큰 영향을 안 받는 걸로.
