My first meal today was 1 cup of egg whites cooked in EVOO, 1 small avocado, some grass-fed cheddar, 2 cups of organic kale, 2 slices of Applegate bacon, organic garlic and cilantro, and a drop of Pink Himalayan Sea Salt.😋 “Fat makes you fat.”
“Fat clogs your arteries.” WRONG. We need fat to function. It’s brain food. But the right kinds . Unfortunately, people were mislead by media, doctors, researchers, and those around them. And guess what, these very same people say things, like, “I have high cholesterol,” “I’m pre-diabetic,” “I have thyroid issues,” etc.
Well, my first question is always, “What are you eating?”🤔 Oftentimes, it’s processed foods, sugar, grains, bars and shakes that claim to be ‘healthy,’ ‘low-fat,’ or low calorie.
My point: these problems most likely exist because of your diet. You’re lied to. A ‘low-calorie’ ‘gluten-free’ protein bar is NOT real food. It’s processed garbage. Eat real, grass-fed meats, non-starchy veggies, and an ABUNDANCE of healthy fats. Possibly you’ll feel better, wean off any toxic meds, have better brain power and more energy, and not be starving.
I’m NEVER hungry because my body has ENERGY and is NOT DEPRIVED.
Ditch the fads, calorie counting, and processed foods and JUST EAT REAL FOOD.
