Brownies! This is my second flourless baked good recipe in a row and they both turned out awesome. They're incredibly rich and fudgey.
These #brownies are from the @ruledme website. It's a solid recipe but I wouldn't recommend it for people who like lazy baking. I look at baking like a chemistry project every time and I actually enjoy recipes like this that require extra finesse and attention to detail. But if you're impatient don't even bother, the process will irritate the crap out of you.
One of the things I love about eating low carb is that I can make something like this and after eating one brownie I'm legitimately done. I don't want any more. They taste great but the sugar monster isn't sitting on your shoulder telling you it's no big deal if you just go pick at another piece. Binge eating has never been a problem for me but baked goods were totally my Achilles's heel. It was never binging, it was picking. A little here, a little there. If I baked I would want the food out of my house as soon as possible so that I didn't keep eating it. Now I can bake when I feel like it because I know that it's not unhealthy food and I'm not gonna be tempted to snack on it all the time.
