When my Mexican cravings are out of control, I use my taco meat from my taco salad and make a chalupa. It’s not something I have everyday but it hits the spot when you get a craving for something naughty! I could only eat about half of this, my tummy got full real quick!

Ya'll I have been itching to make this for weeks after seeing soooo many recommendations for it and I finally did it. Quick recipe recap :
1 pound of 85% ground beef cooked up with chopped onions, green peppers and garlic .
3 sweet Italian sausage links .
A jar of @raoshomemade
marinara sauce .
3 packets of truvia (yes ima sweet spaghetti kinda girl ) .
1 cup of whole milk ricotta .
3.5 cups of my secret cheese blend (mostly mozzarella 😎) .
flatbreads for the "pasta" .
Seasoned to perfection and garnished with parsley .
This pan will make 8 servings and is 9 NC (net carbs) per serving. I plan to pair it with a huge, very low carb salad and I could not be more thrilled for lunch for the next few days .
Gonna give half of this pan to my sister bc, ya know, I loathe leftovers 😬😬

From Cheryl - I thought I would share these photos because it just blows my mind how much I have changed since June. This photo was taken of me right when I started Keto and the other is me celebrating my 54th birthday this past weekend. Everyone says I look like a different person and 10 years younger!
These are her real results ya’all and her story!
She started in Dec 2017 was 213 pounds and started a serious Keto lifestyle June 2018 with my Keto Community and Drinking Exogenous Ketones with a small amount of exercise. Now she is down 54 pounds and wants to lose 10 more!
Cheryl was prediabetic. A1C was 6.3 dropped to 5.5 now normal range. Also her Cholesterol dropped 37 points and her glucose dropped 29 points. She has dropped 2 dress sizes as well. Cheryl says “I went from a tight 14 to a 10”. “My husband and I just went through our closets and just got rid of more clothes. All his pants and suit’s are huge on him there falling off.”
I’m am so proud of her and her husbands progress and persistence with each step she has made and continues to make.
