One thing I miss so much on Keto are boneless Asian zing wings from BWW. Those are my jam. But way back when I first started Keto, my sister-in-law @kwalters40
told me I could still have traditional wings with a dry rub, and I’ve been hooked ever since! (She’s also the one who got me hooked on Keto 💁🏽♀️). The left are salt and vinegar dry rub from BWW. Yesterday I looked into the garlic Parmesan sauce and saw it only has 1 carb per tablespoon 😱. So I got the other half (right side) garlic parm. Now I know these are pretty soaked in the sauce so there are more carbs there than just the serving size, and for those that strictly track carbs, it may not be the best option for you as how do you know how much is actually on there. Maybe you could get the sauce on the side and just dip so you know how much you’re getting?! But I splurged and enjoyed every bite. 💁🏽♀️ And although boneless Asian zing were once my favorite, I don’t feel so crappy after eating these traditional wings like I would after eating those.
