Joshua Tree Travel Tip: This scenic spot in Joshua Tree National Park is famous for its incredible sunrise and sunset views as it overlooks the Palm Springs, Salton Sea and you can even see a mountain in Mexico! Because it is on a high elevation, it is the coldest spot in the park and it gets super chilly and windy up here. If you plan on visiting this look out point, make sure to dress super warm or at least grab a jacket in the summer (I almost was blown away by the wind lol). Another key thing to note is that it gets super busy during those times, especially sunset, so make sure to arrive extremely early so you don’t have to be stuck in traffic and are able to find parking in this area and a nice spot to watch the sunset! 🤗🌥 #keysview#keysviewjoshuatree#joshuatreenationalpark#joshuatree#joshuatreenps#joshuatreesunset#joshuatrees
When the two of us shared a flat in London the best view we had was the back of a council block. And as glorious as that was... these desert valley views are y’know, also quite nice.
(I haven’t seen it rain in the desert much but boy, it makes the air smell amazing.)
we got to visit joshua tree back in october. truly breathtaking. very bummed to hear about the destruction humans have wrought there in just a few weeks of limited supervision... #keysview#joshuatree#fucktrump
