Recipe is as below:
You would need about 2 bunches of Palak.
Wash Palak leaves thoroughly. To a big vessel of kadhai add water and the leaves. Blanche for 7-10mins. Take them off and cool. Add to a blender with some water and make a smooth paste.
Now to the kadhai add some oil/ghee. Add 7-8 cloves, 1-1.5tsp of jeera. Once they splutter add about 8-10 pods of chopped garlic. Let’s them brown well. Now add 1-2 medium finely chopped onion and 2/3 slit green chillies. Let this also cook well. Now add very little haldi powder. Mix and add the palak smoothie. Let it bubble a bit. Add water as desired. Add sweet corn as it will add to the taste. Adjust salt and add about 1 tsp of garam masala powder. Add about 1/2 kg malai paneer that is cubed. In a few minutes turn off the gas.
Note: Don’t over heat the Palak or else it will loose colour. Add sweet corn as it adds a sweet crunchy texture to the otherwise boring Palak. And lastly use malai paneer as its tastier then the normal rubbery one 😆
