Random acts of kindness...I just came home from church and a package was laying in front of my door, I was expecting something to be delivered today, but after opening the box, it was clear that this wasn’t what I ordered, (there were a pair of kids Jordan’s). After tracking down the owners, I went over, rang the bell, and a woman came downstairs to retrieve the package. Her husband was sitting in his car, and he expressed to me how upset his wife was because they were hoping to give this present to their son for Christmas. When he asked if he could offer me something for returning the kicks, I simply said “just pray for me”. (Full video is on my IG story)
I share this with you not for credit, applauds, or with any intent for it to go viral. I share it because it’s coming from my heart. This time of year is very stressful for many of us, some of us are working 2-3 jobs just to make ends meet, and some us have absolutely no money to buy gifts this year. I just came by to tell you...Your time is a GIFT, your love is a GIFT, your help is a GIFT, you are the GIFT! Please don’t make this time of year about what you can or cannot afford to buy for others, and continue to spread those random acts of kindness everywhere you go.
