Another recipe born from absent-minded experimentation. Smoked paprika and cumin find their way into soup one night and the next night they’re starring in a pot of hearty chili. .
It’s double lucky that this accidental creation happened at the peak of chili season. The spiciness and density of the stew give it a welcome warmth on a cold day.

Oof, some tomato bread soup is sorely needed for today. It’s tomatoes, all mixed up with soggy bread (but it’s all good) and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Link in bio.
Because every dessert deserves a white chocolate crown 👑 I didn’t use pastry (for once in my life 😂) and made a fancy puffed rice base mixed with hazelnut streusel, topped with a vanilla mousse dome, strawberry cream and freeze dried strawberries! I have to admit though I cheated a little 😭 I couldn’t get my strawberry mousse a nice vibrant pink so I added some gel food colour. I had to do it for the gram though 🤣

I love pasta 🍝 but I rarely eat it. As a reformed fatty it's just never quite that high up on the list for me, mainly because I solidly live by the famous British saying 'no carbs before marbs', which essentially means, cut out the carbs before holiday and that if I have one bowl of pasta, I suddenly need to survive on a single stick of celery and run 10k each day for a week to feel ever so slightly redeemed from the dramatic and totally unfair weight gain my body punishes me with. It's just awful 😞 So when I do, I like to make the most of it 😉 Let me explain to you something; I am deeply in love with a bolognese as well as being deeply in love with a Mexican chilli ❤️🌶️ I just can't figure out who I like better so I occasionally play them off against each other in a big culinary three-way and thus, Mexican spaghetti was born, and no, it's not just a spicy bolognese, I've put more effort into it than that, who do you think I am? 😏 Recipe in my stories and on the blog today 👉🏻 Link in bio 📱

Kızartmak için Ayçiçek yağı 📌3 tane tepsiyi alın paneleme için kullanacağız.
📌ilk tepsiye 2 yumurta ve 3 yemek kaşığı krema ekleyip çırpın. 📌ikinci tepsiye 1 kase un baharatları koyun. 📌üçüncü tepsiye ise (tamamen benim yorumum. Esinlendiğim kısım burası🙈) mısır gevreğini ufalayın ve galeta unu ekleyin. 📌 1parça tavuk göğsünü uzun şeritler halinde, 2 parça kemiksiz tavuk budu da ortadan ikiye kesin. Kanatları ise bütün olarak kızartacaksınız.
📌 Tavukları sırasıyla, una, yumurtaya ve mısır gevreğine batırın ve ardından ısınmış ayçiçek yağında kızartın. Kanatları en son eklemeyi unutmayın. Kısık ateşte biraz daha uzun süre pişmeleri gerekecek kemikli oldukları için. Ve hazır.

- 1 large sweet potato⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- 1/2 butternut squash⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- 3 tbsp avocado oil⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- 1 tsp ground turmeric⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- 1 tsp chilli powder⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- 1 tsp curry powder⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- 1 tsp cumin seeds⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- 2 red peppers⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- 1 red onion⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- 3 garlic cloves⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- 1 tin coconut milk⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- 1 tbsp coconut sugar⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- juice of one lime⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- as much spinach as you like 🤗⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1) Chop the sweet potato and butternut squash into squares, place them on a baking tray with 2tbsp avocado oil, the turmeric, chilli powder, cinnamon and curry powder. Cook for 30-35 minutes adding in the red peppers 10 minutes before the end.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2) Add the remaining avocado oil to a pan with the cumin seeds until they begin to pop. Then add the garlic and onion and cook for another 5 minutes before adding the coconut milk, coconut sugar and lime juice. Cook for another 15 minutes.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
3) Add the sweet potatoes, butternut squash and peppers and cook for a further 5 minutes before adding the spinach and allowing to wilt.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
4) Serve up with rice/quinoa/whatever you feel like and enjoy this beautiful recipe 😍🌿⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
