[Werbung, wegen Markennennung] It was last year in April when I decided to grow a beard. I was busy working in my family's hop-gardens and therefore, I had limited time to take care of myself. Finally, I did not shave for almost two weeks and I already started growing a beard, even I did not plan to do so.
It was my mother who told me, that it looks great if I wear a beard. And then, the decision was made and I started growing a beard.
The first hassle was to find a barber who had enough capacity to take care about my beard. Most barbers were fully booked. Luckily, I asked my hairdresser, if she can do it and surprisingly, grooming a beard is her passion. Something I did not know about her before, but I am happy that she does it, as I like her work.
I do go to the barbershop two times a month for grooming my beard and for dressing my hair, as I always like to have clean contours. To make sure my beard hair is not too stiff, I treat it with a @newshahaircare
"Daily Weightless Conditioner" and a @briskformen
beard-oil. I did not spend too much money on a professional beard-brush, I rather went for a baby-brush with fine hair. It works well and it is inexpensive. After cleaning of my beard and after the treatment with conditioner and beard-oil, I bring it in shape with a hair-dryer. Finally, I put some @goldwell.de
hair-gel in my beard hair, to style it. I like the products out of the series "StyleSign Creative Texture". Tell me about your grooming habits. How often do you visit your favourite barbershop?
