“Labyrinths offer the opportunity to walk in meditation to that place within us where the rational merges with the intuitive and the Spirit is reborn.” -Unknown
This weekend at Anahata:
9:30AM & 11AM Aerial Classes are FULL and waitlisted! (Check out our schedule to book your next class)
4PM Meditation 101 Workshop with Lena
12PM Yin Yoga with Lena
1:30PM Yoga Nidra
Don’t miss out on Yoga Nidra! This class is not offered regularly and is a gift to the mind and body. It is basically Yogic sleep where our bodies become completely relaxed and increasingly aware of our inner world by following a set of verbal cues that guide us into that in between state of awake and asleep. This state of consciousness (Yoga Nidra) is different from meditation in which concentration on a single focus is required. The practitioner remains in a state with four of his or her senses withdrawn, and only the hearing still connects to the instructions. This practice is among the deepest possible states of relaxation while still maintaining full consciousness, and has been found to reduce tension and anxiety.
Make sure to head on over to the @mindbody app to book your spots for these upcoming classes/workshops! Class passes and memberships are accepted for all classes; however, they are NOT accepted for the Meditation 101 Workshop. We look forward to seeing you this weekend!
I love using labyrinths as a walking meditation tool (I find it much easier to meditate when I'm walking rather than sitting). And this simple one I recently stumbled across has inspired me to build my own. #oneday 🍃
Just in case you like labyrinths as much as me - check out this worldwide https://labyrinthlocator.com 🍃
Tonight The Order of Daedalus was proud to host the #Guccigang as they attempted LABYRINTH. These master escape artists in training killed it not only in the room but also with our locks in the lobby! Swipe to the video to see what they had to say about Boise Escape! Come see us again soon guys. #LABYRINTH#boiseescape#thingstodoinboise#birthday#escaperoom
