🍁I personally don’t recommend trying to track your macros and placing yourself under that kind of stress on Thanksgiving.
💛 I think it’s important to keep in mind what the holiday is all about, yaknow things like being with your friends, family, enjoying the time with your loved ones, feeling #grateful
for everything you have in this life.
🥧 All the good foods should be enjoyed too of course, but #foodbabies
really shouldn’t be the main objective here.
🤰🏻Eat mindfully, eat until you feel full, eat until you’re satisfied. And if it makes you feel more at ease, make all your meals smaller around your Thanksgiving meal - lower fat, lower carb, moderate protein.
🍂 Remember just like how you won’t have your dream body after one day of “being good”, you also won’t ruin all your progress after one holiday.

💪🏼 This whole better lifestyle fitness thing we’re doing here is about #BALANCE
in the LONG TERM. It’s supposed to be fun and make you happy and confident and proud! Not ruin your holidays or vacation or make you feel guilty. Cause I am not about that life.
