Tofu Laksa 🍜 So delicious it tastes just like a takeaway 🥡 but with half the hidden nasties and calories ✅
INGREDIENTS (serves 2): 1 @thehartandsoul
Laska pouch, 1 cup chicken stock, 50g dry rice vermicelli noodles, 100g fried tofu puffs and chopped coriander, bean sprouts, crispy fried onions and lime to top
METHOD: Heat a saucepan over medium heat and warm up the Laksa pouch. While the laksa is cooking, in a bowl, add boiling water on top of the rice noodles to cook. Then, add in the tofu puffs and rice noodles, and allow to cook for another 3 minutes. Serve and top with coriander, bean sprouts, crispy fried onions and a lime wedge.
