If you cut me open I’d probably bleed cheese, charcuterie, and wine. It’s the perfect picnic, easy dinner, snack, centerpiece to your friends hangout or romantic night in, you name it. For me the perfect spread always has a creamy brie, a blue, something super aged and funky and whatever else the cheese monger suggests or I haven’t tried before. Something Italian and something French in cured meats department, whole grain mustard, cornichons, and if I’m going all out I also love smoked mussels/oysters and whatever other pickle/brined/ tinned thing I can throw up in that mix. Top it off with some bread from @miloandolive @gjustabakery @republiquela
