So I knew nothing about Bratislava other than the wildly inaccurate depiction from the movie Eurotrip (also not even filmed in any part of this country) but I was still shocked and pleasantly suprised with how lovely the old town was 😂 .
Also, I retract what I said earlier about being cold in Bohinj. ❄️❄️ . If it weren't for the abundance of cosy cafes, serving excellent coffee might I add, I would of frozen to death. .
I heard something today by Allan Watts. It was along the lines of "Consider not waking up tomorrow. Could you live today knowing that was to come and how you have lived?" It's not a perfect account by any means, but it's true to how I try to live my life nowadays. I'm happy to be out here chasing the adventure even if not always in the most glorious of manners. Sleeping in the dirt or on a friends couch, I'm not really too worried as to the comfort of things when on the road as much as others might be. I'm simply too caught up in getting the next shot or chasing the next sunrise/sunset. Staying up late with newfound friends or telling stories to old ones. That's where I am. That's what makes it all worth it.
First of a series of three showcasing Râpa Roșie, a natural wonder. It’s towers and pyramids formed over centuries of erosion and rainwater.
❓What is the last “natural wonder” you’ve seen?

El mundo también necesita oscuridad, porque el exceso de luz no nos ilumina ni nos abriga sino que nos ciega y nos abrasa. #Burzum 🌓
Quite possibly my favorite Routeburn photo, it shows off this beautiful terrain in all its glory. Thanks to the awesome people at @docgovtnz that take care of these trails so we can enjoy them. Taken on my iPhone X, the camera improvements are outstanding. Papped this from just below the summit of Conical Peak, well worth the climb!
