got on my case for not working out, like a good accountability buddy, here's me doing the 11-20th of 100 pull UPS (or are they chinups?) , followed by 100 sit-ups and 100 push-ups. I used to be able to do ZERO pull-ups, so I'll call that an improvement. And I'm sure there's a lot of things I can do to improve my form, so any of you #fitness
folk have any suggestions?
What about some good exercises for me to do in a hotel room that I need to be quiet in because I need to work out at 12 midnight and the hotel doesn't have a gym?

It was the latest I’ve ever done a workout- 8:30pm. And no one would have blamed me for skipping it, since I had a monster headache this morning and a full day at a water park with my kids.
But I got it done.
Because it’s Day 72.
I am determined to finish this round strong.
And my ladies know I’m in it with them.

Day 3 shoulders done! 💪🏻 I don’t think I’ve ever worked my shoulder muscles like I did tonight! 😳 At one point, I actually considered not using any weights at all. But I pushed through! I love that I’m getting stronger!
I’ve done more workouts in the last two weeks than I have this year! I’m so glad I found this program! ❤️

Day 33 of NNP: I've gotten to the stage where this feels so tedious. Today, working to deadline, I did not want to break for exercise. So at stupid late o'clock, went to my stuffy bedroom, turned on the fan, and did a quick resistance band workout. And on that note, goodnight!
