What the heck you say? They are essential amino acids leucine, isoleucine and valine, which comprise about a third of your bodyโ€™s muscle protein. You can only get these from food and work out supplements.. ๐Ÿ’Š . โญ๏ธ They help preserve muscle glycogen stores, which fuel your muscles and minimize protein breakdown during exercise.
