dinner included ham on the bone 🍖(slow roasted with ACV 🍎, spices from my garden 👩🏻🌾, water & apple slices 🍏), Kale Salad 🥗 , Avocado 🥑 , Green Beans, and mashed cauliflower with bacon 🥓 & cheese 🧀 . ➡️ Tonight’s #Dinner

Broke my 24 hour fast with two of these mozzarella "pizzas" and a Costco protein bar. In addition to that filling me up I'm also experiencing "land sickness" after our cruise, so I probably won't eat again today. I still feel like I'm moving plus I have a headache and I'm nauseous. Good times! 😬 Here's to hoping it's gone tomorrow. 🤞🏻On the bright side doing two days of fasting is not a bad thing after a week of indulging!
I have literally never had a stuffed pepper before, but after bulk meal prepping these I now know why people on Keto make them a lot! What is one Keto recipe you’ve always wanted to try?
Cheesy bread with Rao’s marinara. 😋
• 3/4 cup mozzarella cheese
• 6 tablespoons almond flour
Melt the cheese in the microwave for one minute.
Mix in the almond flour and any seasonings you want.
Spread out on parchment paper. Bake until starts to brown on top 350°
Add cheese on top and broil on low until the cheese gets melty!
Not very pretty but quick & good!🍔🍔

Another new dress from Torrid! Loving my new wardrobe. Purging my closet this weekend. I am shocked at how much stuff I have that doesn't fit me, but when I look in the mirror I still see someone who wears that size clothes. I had a small bin of things from about 14 years ago that I was holding onto for "just in case I ever lose weight". I decided to try them on today. And. They. Fit. HOLY SHIT! I couldn't believe it. This 9ne blouse that I fell in love with at 25 years old... pale blue satin with a plunge neck. Size 20. And it fits. I found in my purge today a vest I wore this past winter. Size 30/32. And, I couldn't zip it. It's amazing how even tho we can physically change, physchologically we have a hard time catching up to our body. I know I am changing, people tell me all the time they see the changes... but I still don't most days. But doing things like this, saying goodbye to the person I was in those clothes, and reinventing myself with new... it is exciting, and so motivating to keep pushing forward. I can't wait to meet myself a year from now. I can't wait to know that person, because I know who I am today is just a glimmer of the person I am meant to be. Every day I am becoming more confident in myself, in my body, and where I am going. Making a recipe with what I have here in the house where I’m dog sitting. So... chicken breast I cut into bite sized pieces. Seasoned with salt, pepper and chili powder and zucchini squash seasoned with a little garlic powder and sal, pepper and butter for a little added fat!
On hour # 21 of my fast (I did have a coffee with a tbsp of HWC this morning, some people may say that’ll break the fast but it amounted to 40 calories so I’m not counting that.) Feeling strong (just thirsty! Downing water like no tomorrow) and this is my longest fast yet - these get easier and easier the more I do them 🙂 I typically cut it off at 16 hours but we’re gonna try for as long as possible this evening!
