Are your weekends a food free for all?
My weeks tend to be more structured than my weekends, but that’s more for convenience during the weekend.
So can you eat that donut? Sure, but your progress is going to be effected. And if you ask me, THATS OK.
If you’re prioritizing nutrition and movement. The timeline DOES NOT matter. You can find just as much happiness with your body at its current state, than you can when you’ve lost 10, 20, 30 lbs.
So make sure you’re taking care of yourself. But be kind, gracious, and have fun with your journey 💕
