Delicious meal right here. Haven't had #brusselSprouts
in ages so decided to have it for #steakNight
. So many people complain about Brussel sprouts but I reckon they just don't know how to do them properly. No - just steaming them in the microwave is no way to eat it, or #broccoli
for that matter. I fried the #porkRibeye
, then added the #mushrooms
and pre-steamed sprouts and let them fry up in the rendered fat and some additional butter, then added the #halloumi
sticks. Added a little leftover #spinach
and then served it with a soft #egg
on top. Plated alongside some #pickles

While nothing will ever replace the Back Squat; this is a great alternative to building strength through the lower extremities. •
A recent study showed us dramatic increases over a 6 week time frame of weighted box step ups vs loaded back squats.
Step ups yielding nearly a 20% increase in our back squat.
The benefits of unilateral training are endless, but just to name a few:
• correct imbalances throughout the athlete
•core stabilization •decreases our risk of injury
