I’m a Donut connoisseur 🍩🍩 my creation was a vanilla cake donut with vanilla cream mouse filling, dipped in peanut butter, salted caramel drizzle, and chocolate chips
I eat primarily super clean and lean organic Whole Foods and strategically add in fun foods like donuts to enjoy myself and satisfy my sweet tooth
There are times when i am super strict and eat nothing off the plan and there are times like right now when I’m more flexible and strategic with eating fun foods. It’s all about having a plan and individualizing things to your goals

Since I've never said it publicly- I'd like to mention that my chief aspiration in bodybuilding is to get my Pro-card and pursue the sport as a professional athlete by age 30. Incredibly high, seemingly impossible expectations are the only way I've made it this far, so I'm not changing anything anytime soon.
If you consider your wildest dreams to be impossible- ask yourself "Why?" ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
The answer can often be reduced to Fear, and rightfully so. When you admit that you're scared, you can begin to work towards the growth required of overcoming that Fear. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
But when you continue to make excuses about your circumstance or ability & refuse to admit that you're truly just shaking in your boots at the prospect of having everything you've ever wanted- the Fear wins. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
And you lose.
